Dan was excellent fully explained the options and diffrent levels.
Taking a curuse evey year you have a certain level of understanding and dan was totally transparant and made us fully aware of the package and explained how to alter our flights and jow to request a higher deck.

I spoke to their representative Dan and he was very polite, friendly and importantly listened to my questions before answering them fully. After the booking he called me back to say he had managed to increase my specialty dining package.

Dan was profesional, helpful and patient. He understood my requirements, offered suggestions and dealt with my request efficiently.

I arranged a call back with Dan for a specific time and he called within 5 minutes of that time, so that was refreshing. He clearly knew his stuff and was very helpful and gave sound advice. This will be my first cruise so his knowledge of the ship, procedures and the ports was invaluable.

Una vez que pagué la reserva, me enviaron el condicionado del contrato abusivo de lo contratado. Pedí antes la información y un email al que dirigirme pues telefónicamente solo atendían en inglés. DIJERON QUE SOLO SE PODIA HACER LA RESERVA TELEFONICAMENTE. Es un crucero q faltan aún 10 meses y tengo una enfermedad sobrevenida q me impide andar. No te aseguran el viaje y se quedan con lo abonado. Ojo para mi es un fraude y se aprovechan de la edad. Nunca hubiéramos contratado a tanto plazo SI NOS HUBIERAN MOSTRADO ESAS CONDICIONES NI COMUNICADO PREVIAMENTE QUE NO ERA REEMBOLSABLE.

James was very pleasant and gave me the quote quickly and efficiently. I asked about extending my trip to South Africa. I was very pleased when he told me I could.
