Once I actually got through after a few attempts via website and 50 mins waiting. The experience with Dan was excellent very knowledgeable and attentive with replys. 5 stars for Dan....

Dan was very helpful in booking the cruise for me, going through the price, itinerary, flights and etc and was happy to help us get a cabin and dining timings to match up with our family going on the cruise who are booking separate. Would recommend to anyone.

I would have given 5 stars but the telephone contact for enquiries of booked holidays is a nightmare - I’ve yet to speak to a representative while waiting 15-50 mins
However if it’s not urgent they do reply to emails and when I left message Leo followed up with a telephone call same day. It’s a pity they don’t invest in callbacks / leave messages after a short wait or WhatsApp chat

Dan was very helpful, he explained the details of the holiday and the availability of cabins. He has a great manner.

First of all the not so good - I had a very long wait on hold until eventually there was an opportunity to leave a message which I did
Now to the good - I received a helpful informative email about 2 hours later which answered my question
The email was received at a time when I had said that I was unavailable to speak so I appreciated the alternative method of communication

We had obviously booked a trip with Cruise Monks
I had medical issues on board involving 3/4 trips to on board Drs and a trip to shoreside hospital in Rio.
Our flights home were via LHR to MAN but not until 7pm with an 55 minute transfer
Because of my medical situation I couldn’t face waiting at Barcelona. I made enquiries on line etc. There was a direct flight due at 5 ish. 2 hours difference may not seem much but to me it was worth every penny.
Anyway Andy at CM worked wonders in changing our flights and couldn’t possibly have done more to resolve my stressful situation.
I highly recommend dealing with CM for all cruise holidays

Wendy was very helpful - she went out of her way and was very patient with us - everything was explained and nothing was too much trouble - our first point of contact was Dan and he also was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Top marks all round
