Emily at Cubitt & West Portsmouth has been a Superstar. Emily has always been available to deal with any of our queries. Our tenants left and straight away Emily sprang into action with lots of viewings and several offers from tenants to move into our rental property. Emily has been fantastic keeping us updated. All the staff at Cubitt & West have been brilliant and we would recommend them.

We've bought our house from C&B in Reigate and have been impressed by everyone we have interacted with - the Estate Agents, through to Sales Progressor team. They have always been friendly and responsive.

We had a great experience with Julie the sales progressor at the waterloovile branch throughout our house purchase. She was friendly, professional and always kept us updated on how things were progressing. Julie was quick to respond to any questions we had and helped keep everything moving along, particularly during the more stressful parts of the process.

We really appreciated Julies communication and support from start to finish and would definitely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you for all your help in getting us into our new home!

Cubitt were great from the start of the process to the end. Zoe sold the company well, explained the process and organised some fantastic photographs. The sales team were efficient and communicated well during viewings. After a quick sale Julie oversaw the progress of the chain and kept us regularly informed. Moving is a difficult experience and Cubitt made it as stress free as possible, would recommend to anyone selling their home.

My experience with cubitt and west has been fantastic from the get go. They have been very helpful and always there to answer questions if I had any. They reply super fast and if you phone them, they are more than happy to speak on the phone with you. A special mention for Julie who has been fantastic throughout my whole sale of my property. We had a few things go wrong in the chain and she has been fantastic guiding me through it!

Big shout out to Thomas Goodchild (of lettings and customer care) who is always there when I need him. Last time it was my shower and this time (through no fault of my own) it was my engagement ring that fell down the drain. I was absolutely devastated and so I got through to Thomas who called me to arrange the plumber to come as quickly as he can. Within a day the swift arrangements were made and then Thomas also phoned me after to check that everything had been sorted out for me. I'm so grateful for him always being on hand to sort out all my maintenance issues whenever I have any. He's awesome. Thank you so much for all the excellent service you have provided!

From start to finish Cubitt and West have been fantastic. Always available to deal with any queries. Our house sold even before it reached the market due to their potential buyers list. Our experience with Cubitt & West as tenants over the past five years was very positive overall.

There were a few occasions where communication could have been better, although we will never know whether this was due to the landlord or the agency. Most importantly, whenever an issue arose, it was ultimately resolved.

A very special thank you to Marc Steels for the understanding, care and attention he has shown us throughout these five years. We went through some challenging situations during our tenancy, and Marc always genuinely tried to do his best to support us from beginning to end.

His professionalism, kindness and approachable manner have always stood out, and we are extremely grateful for all the help and understanding he has given us over the years.

We have used Cubitt & West (Horsham Property Management Team) for the past few years to fully manage all our properties. With the increased red tape as a landlord the fully managed fee is a no-brainer and of course an allowable expense. The team were exceptional throughout. Of special note were Tom Hadlow, Marc Steels and Thomas Goodchild was also a valued member of that team but whom we had a little less interaction as Tom and Marc were mostly there for us. All were exceptional in their tasks. The height of professionalism and integrity. They dealt with any issues that arose from simple repairs, renewals or tenant led issues in a calm precise manner and communicated with the perfect level of detail and charm. Such a great team. Thank you all. We have now sold our freehold and with it goes (for the moment) our relationship with these exceptional people, but we will be back and i will reach out to Tom Hadlow without question to safeguard our property interests. I also must congratulate Tom and Marc on their assistance on what was a protracted freehold sale process and engaging with our tenants for surveys and contractor access. Their organisation ensured where possible that inconvenience to the tenants was minimised with appointments arranged in a respectful, understanding manner. Often reviews are only left where a customer has a complaint. I feel leaving a review where exceptional service has been provided is as important if not more so. When we all expect exceptional service one does not often see the need to talk about it. Perhaps a British thing, but we should change this, and where a team of people have gone above and beyond the pale, the right thing to do is to tell the world. Thank you to Tom, Marc and Thomas.

The team at southsea were amazing. The sale was far from straight forward, yet Maddison,Yasmin,Traey and Evie worked really hard to secure the sale , with much needed patience & good humour.
Also a big thank you to Julie, who had to do a lot of hand holding during the completion.

We genuinely cannot sing Cameron’s (Haywards Heath branch) praises highly enough. He has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish, and after the journey we’ve had selling our property, we honestly don’t know what we would have done without him.

Cameron saw us through not one, not two, but FOUR failed property sales due to broken chains — through absolutely no fault of ours or the house — and every single time, he was there ready to pick things straight back up and get us moving again. He worked tirelessly to get our property relisted, arrange new viewings and generate fresh interest, often within incredibly small turnaround times. His efficiency and determination were second to none.

Throughout the entire process, Cameron was responsive, professional, proactive and, perhaps most importantly, truly understanding of just how stressful and disheartening the situation could be. Although we had some initial issues with the management of our flat, Emily Segens (Crawley branch) quickly took control, sorted out the problems and everything has been plain sailing ever since.
