Although we had some initial issues with the management of our flat, Emily Segens (Crawley branch) quickly took control, sorted out the problems and everything has been plain sailing ever since. She made sure we were kept up to date and was always there if we needed her. Great service, great communication all of which is very much appreciated.

Received no response from my original enquiry about a property to arrange a viewing once details were sent over. It then took 2 emails and 2 calls to get a response and be told it was no longer available. I think this is very poor customer service.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Alia Hawes and Jemma at Cubitt & West Leatherhead while trying to secure a property. Unfortunately, the purchase ultimately didn't go through, but this was absolutely no fault of Alia or Jemma.

Both Alia and Jemma were incredibly helpful, professional and supportive throughout the process. They did everything they could to assist us and were always friendly, responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Whilst I’ve had a terrible & traumatising experience with co-tenants (though this is entirely on my own), cubitt & west have assisted me every step of the way.

Whenever questions I needed to ask or advice I needed for letting-related queries, they’ve always been efficient in their response.

Whilst it’s sad that I’ll have to part with the property and their services, a million words could not be enough to express my heartfelt gratitude.

As a landlord renting a property through C&W, I would like to highly commend Thomas Goodchild, manager of the Cubbit & West Property Management team/office.
Thomas has taken over the management role of the team/office for about the past 18 months / two years. Since then there has been a very noticeable difference in the management of the team/office. Whenever i have spoken to Thomas about various issues involving management of the property, Thomas has always been extremely prompt in his replies and communications, both either via email or phoning me back promptly (sometimes after i have left a list of things to be looked at!).
Thomas also spent time discussing an issue in relation to the new Renter's Rights Bill that i was asking about. He was knowledgeable and honest in his communication. The management of the Property Management office/team/situation has definitely improved since Thomas has joined. Good communication between agency and landlord, prompt & efficient responses, and someone who is professional yet approachable and available, is what i find is needed as a landlord, and Thomas meets all these atttributes. Thank you.

I would also like to offer positive feedback about Robin Sanassy who manages the C&W rental office in Sutton. Over the years i have also found him available, approachable, prompt and professional in his communication, and knowledgeable when discussing issues, which has been really helpful.

Since Thomas took over the management of my property, I have had the privilege of experiencing a level of service that has consistently exceeded my expectations. He has always dealt with every concern raised by my tenants promptly, efficiently, and with genuine care. The speed with which he responds and resolves issues has been truly remarkable.

Thomas takes great pride in his role and approaches every matter with professionalism, integrity, and determination. No matter how challenging the situation, he remains calm, proactive, and solution-focused. His professionalism was particularly evident in July 2026, when my local council incorrectly applied a 100% Council Tax premium to my property after it was mistakenly classified as furnished. Thomas immediately took ownership of the matter and, within just one day, obtained all the documentation and evidence required by the Council's Revenue Office. Through his prompt action and well-prepared correspondence, the Council reviewed the case and removed the incorrect 100% premium.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding support Thomas provided during what was a very stressful situation. His commitment, efficiency made all the difference.

Thomas is a tremendous asset to your organisation, and I have no doubt that he has a very bright and successful career ahead of him in the property industry. Professionals of his calibre are rare to find, and his dedication to delivering excellent service deserves the highest recognition.
