Good dishwasher if using regular tablets. The cassette lets Bob down.
I have been using Bob for about a month. It does a pretty good job IF you use regular dishwashing tablets. It comes with a "cassette" (30 dish washes) and I thought that the dishwasher was not very good (including when used on intense hot cycles), but it's the cassette that is letting Bob down. The price does not include VAT so it's 20% more plus an admin fee on delivery, total £72 extra. It is expensive. I dislike washing dishes and have a tiny kitchen so this was the only option available for me.

We offer our clients these two detergent solutions:
* Bob cassette gives you 30 cycles of concentrated dishwasher all-in-one liquid detergent, which means you no longer need to buy salt or rinse-aid.
* Bob tablets are recommended for cycles longer than 30 minutes and can be also used for any kind of dishwasher.
If you don't want to use a Bob cassette or tablet, you should still use dishwasher detergent such as dishwasher gel that you can put directly on Bob's door from inside (door open). So, there are a few options 🙂

Aah, I fell hopelessly in love with this little dishwasher. Although it costs more than what is found in the UK, it has the advantage that it is narrower and longer than those here. I find it more spacious. Easy to install, easy to program, washes dishes impeccably. It was worth all the money! Pam-pam! 🙃

Everything Daan Tech has advertised is true! Even their delivery timings were spot on. Although, I have to say I may not have bought my wonderful Bob had I known Dpd was the British delivery company - they are the worst!

Bob is amazing!
Absolutely love the Bob dishwasher!
Bob the dishwasher is fantastic, great build quality, modern design and available in a variety of colours.
Quick easy ordering and delivery service, and the VAT charge for UK was very easy to understand and simple to pay.
Was very easy to setup and use, online instruction manual was very straightforward.
It's compact but surprising how much you dishes you can fit in to Bob.
Washes the dishes very well and the Bob cassettes makes it so much more convenient.
Have contacted Daan Tech a couple of times about some general questions and they have replied very quickly and very helpful customer service.
Highly recommend Bob the dishwasher if you are looking for a compact countertop dishwasher.
Definitely worth the money.
I could not live without Bob now that I have one an amazing kitchen essential!

Our previous dishwasher stopped working, so after some research, we decided to adopt a Bob.
This dishwasher has been excellent; every wash has been fantastic, and all items come out squeaky clean and smelling fresh. The setup and installation was very easy. It also uses a lot less water than the old one, which is a bonus.
The delivery process was quick and straightforward. Since we live in the UK, we had to deal with import taxes, but the handling of that was efficient and simple.

My Bob developed a fault but the team were brilliant, organising pick up from my home and even a replacement box to put him in. Lots of emails keeping me informed of progress and Bob returned a few weeks later in full working order. I couldn't really have asked for a better service.
