Excellent and professional.
I am thrilled with the service I have recieved. I called Daisy Maid in desperate need of a cleaning service and writhing 48 hrs Stephanie matched me with Nasrin.
Nasrin is prompt, polite and proactive. She’s very thorough and does an amazing job every single time she’s in our home.
I am very pleased.

Good cleaner
The process of registering and booking a cleaner was thorough but straightforward. Our cleaner came on time, asked what our priorities were, did a good clean of the whole house and did more than her agreed hours to finish the job. The first clean always takes longer. She was a nice, pleasant girl, friendly but diligent. We’re looking forward to seeing her again.

A very positive first clean
I had a very positive first experience with Daisy Maid. Rashidat listened carefully while I explained how I like things done, and I was very happy with the tasks she completed independently. She worked thoroughly, and the areas she cleaned were left looking lovely. I’m looking forward to continuing with the regular weekly cleans.

I used this agency a little while ago
I used this agency a little while ago. Rude and unreliable. The cleaner (a college student) arrived late on the first appointment telling me it took her over 2 hours to get to my house. Her cleaning was mediocre. The second visit was cancelled at short notice as she had issues at college and was rearranged. She then arrived 2 hours late. I told her this was not acceptable to which I received quite an aggressive response. The cleaning on this occasion was poor and I cancelled all further appointments and payments. I was then phoned late one evening by an extremely abusive woman who told me to stop complaining as the student cleaner she had sent was in her opinion fine, she told me to get a life and continue with Daisy Maids and reinstate my regular payments. Rude offensive poor professional standards using opportunistic cleaners. Use them if you want this standard of service

We have searched our records thoroughly and can find no customer, booking or account under the name Drabu, and no record of the visits or the phone call described. We are therefore unable to verify or investigate any part of this.

Professional and Caring Service
I cannot praise the service we have received from Daisy Maids highly enough. From my initial contact with Stephanie through to the placement of Mimi, the whole experience has been reassuring, professional and friendly.
Mimi started with my mum as her regular cleaner, and her standard of cleaning is exceptional. Combined with her kind and caring personality, she has made not only my mum very happy, but has also given me great peace of mind knowing that such a wonderful young lady is taking care of the cleaning and housekeeping in my mum’s home.
I would highly recommend Daisy Maids to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and caring service.

The cleaner who was sent is very local and arrives at a time you both agree. By her second visit she had tidied up the cleaning cupboard so everything was at hand and new what needed to be done. Everyone is going well
