This is a criminal company
This is a criminal company. They sell broken tvs to people and don't provide any refund. They are totally breaking the law. I am in contact with the courts, visa and citizens advice and they are already aware if this companies fraudulent activities. They delivered be a broken tv and refuse to replace or engage is any kind of customer service. Disgraceful. Do not purchase from this company or any of its similar "sister" fraudulent companies. I have sent all their information to watchdog who are investigating and have had multiple issues with this company already. If you read the "good reviews" of this company they are bought fake reviews which have been confirmed as fake trust pilot reviews!

I feel compelled to warn people about this company . I bought a TV from them ... Read the online reviews ...Then cancelled same day .... It then took me a month to get a refund . This is well oustside of the companies own terms and conditions. Take all the comments left by customers seriously and consider them before ordering. PLEASE.

I ordered a TV from these at end of July and cancelled the order very next day. It is now August and still no Refund all they say was refunded on the 12th August. Not happy and recommend you stay away from these and Go Digital Warehouse. Trading standards are now dealing with them

Absolutely diabolical company be aware!!
Absolutely diabolical company to deal with, Ordered a TV start of July, never received it couldn't be bothered with their excuses of failed and promised delivery so cancelled my ordered for refund, still now waiting for it going to give it a couple more days to turn up as promised before I take action. It's in you're best interests to take note you can't rip people off like this. I hope the address is legitimate if this cheque does actually come and bounces I will be coming to the office for my refund.

I ordered and paid for a phone that was marked as "in stock". They gave me an estimated delivery date but it didn't arrive. Then they sent me a Royal Mail Tracking Number which was false: there is no such number on Royal Mail as there was never any package. Then, 12 days after it was ordered, they told me they could not send the phone as they were still awaiting stock. I've cancelled the order but they say it's going to take "up to" 14 days to issue a refund. They could issue the refund now if they chose to, but no.
EDIT (25/09/2018) The refund that they are talking about only came about via a dispute resolution procedure with my bank. It took seven weeks, during which time they had the money they had fraudulently taken from me for a phone that never existed. More lies!

I think this company is a scam.
Placed the order on 30/07 and did not get a confirmation delivery date until 06/08. One day prior to item being delivered, I was informed that item has been damaged by driver and they cannot source the same model in time for delivery, requested me to select a different item with the same value with no assistance from them at all. More importantly, their website did not work, there is no way for me to find a replacement item. I requested for them to refund me, was told refund would be completed on 11/08 which did not happen. Still waiting for my refund.

Do not use DC Digital
I bought a television on 8 July and was advised delivery would be 21 July. Surprised as I thought I would receive it earlier than that. Waited in all day on the 21st - was advised that driver would contact me an hour before delivery. No delivery, no call. Rang on Monday - no explanation, no apology! Asked for a refund - they did not attempt to placate me or offer an alternative. I did receive the refund but will definitely not be dealing with them again.

Ordered TV on the 16th July, Got a discount on bank transfer which was a nice little bonus.
Received notification that DC Digital 'had to cancel off your order to an issue with your item meaning we were unable to fulfil your order.'
11th of August still not received a refund, which should have been with me on the 6th of August.
Guys if your listening can i have my money back please?

Got there in the end...
After missing two delivery slots and general poor customer service, the TV I ordered did arrive on the third slot just after 7pm. The TV is in great condition.
Its a shame that the company actually did deliver the goods in the end but only after frustrating their customer. They could do much better at communicating issues in advance, getting to grips with their logistics and having a better phone helpline service..

Previously I wrote that I had been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my phone, and had contacted customer services many times with little or no response!
I phone indeed has arrived, but it is DAMAGED!!
I had paid for what DCDIGITAL called a "NEW" phone, however it has arrived today with a large scratch on the front and a large black mark on the back!!!
I would term this as a grade "B" OR EVEN "C" not "NEW"
I AM SO DISAPOINTED AND JUST CANNOT BE BOTHERED TO COMPLAIN ANYMORE!!

As with many others my story is not good , ordered on the 13 th July , few days later get a order completed note plus estimated date of delivery 24th July , few days before checked for confirmation and advised a date will be given when it was allocated to a driver , few hours later I got a notification the the order is cancelled with no explanation why and a full refund has been processed , checked when this will arrived and advised according to British law it can take up to 14 days , I am now at day 15 and no sign of the money , any reputable retailer would process an immediate refund not make you wait .
I did order a tv from a retailer with 4.5 stars once I was advised and it arrived in 3 days , beware these bargains can end up being nightmares . I will keep you posted daily if the monies have arrived
I am now on day 20 after the refund was promised and no sign of it arriving , this has been confirmed by my card company as well , next step is applying for a section 75 order to my card and they will take up the case
New TV had no sound - No refund given - Dire customer service
I purchased our new TV in April 2018, on arrival the TV had no sound. DC Digital told me to get a local engineer to investigate the problem & they would settle the bill. I paid the local engineer £90 to fix the problem. It's now August 2018, I've not received the £90 they promised me.
After numerous emails, phone calls & countless hours, I give up!!!
Do yourself a favor & make your purchase from a better company.

Received Grade A TV without stand and large scratch on screen. returned and received refund cheque dated June 29th. This cheques has been returned by Barclays Bank in Poole, 'refer to drawer'. I was deducted 59 pound handling charge which I questioned due to the grade A definition - I said I had received a grade B item, but they have different definitions on their website.
I had paid by bank transfer to save 50 pounds and they emailed me for my account details to pay direct into my account, but I received a cheque that has bounced.

Luckily I bought a tv off them like 5 months ago. And at first I thought it was dodgy because they say if you pay by direct bank transfer then you would get a big discount. But still i bought a 42in Samsung smart tv for £340 through bank transfer. I waited like 2 weeks and received the tv. Thank God I didn't get scammed although the guy delivering the tv did look dodgy coz why would they ask you for the money in advance? ..anyways the tv is in wicked condition. Can't be happier. Was going to buy something else on there untill I came across trustpilot ..phewwwwwww
Terrible company
Terrible company, complete scam, do not use. Tv didn’t arrive despite many emails advising of revised dates. No email saying it would not arrive on the due date. Promised refund in 14 days when it should be refunded immediately. No refund after 14 days. Like all the other reviews here and elsewhere on the internet avoid at all costs.

You are on day 13 now since your promised me a refund. Where is it??? You have bee issues with a letter stating that if the money is not received back then I will be taking court action. Unsurprisingly I got a reply on here saying you would refund me but no refund. You have my bank details on the letter. If the refund is not in my bank tomorrow then proceedings will start. If I have to start the formal proceedings myself I am also more than happy to offer advice to any other customers who have been affected by this company in the formal legal procedures to claim your money back in full with all additional expenses covered by them.

Bought i tv on 3 june paid 1169 pounds via bank transfer and tv supposed be delivered within 3-5 days after 5 days received email saying there is some problems and it will be delivered after another 7 days after which i received third email stating that item is out of stock and will get back to stock after 7 days so i had no choice just to cancel the order and asked for refund which they said will be send by cheque within 14 days and today is day 15 i called them some guy which name him self as Ben and refused to give his surname manager contact details even a company address advised me that some one will get in touch within another 10 days its ridiculous company like this cant trade no more and break the laws as they want send them email with notice also went to solicotor to fill in smail claim court papers to take this matter to the court and recover my lost never deal with them you will have biggest nightmare of you live!!!!!after 6 weeks they sended me refund cheque which come back as unpaid so call them again they send me another email saying will issue replecment cheque which i received today and i million profent sure this will come back unpaid also this is my las try and hope to sort it out with them before i take them to the court
