Still waiting for a refund on a TV we did not receive. TV was ordered on the 3rd June they advised us it was not available we requested a refund they just keep sending emails saying passed to accounts? we are still waiting PLEASE PLEASE think twice before ordering from this company look at other reviews wish we had. Customers service is shocking they do not care, you get put in a que waiting to be answered when they eventually answer they can not really help just advise they will email customer service . They NEVER call you back. Just hoping we get the money back as this was hard earned cash we can not spare feel so stressed with it all.

Immaculate condition, fantastic price. Will use again.
I used DC Digital TV to purchase a Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
And as stated on the website it came in the box with all the accessories unsealed.
The phone appeared never to have been used such was the condition, not a blemish on it.
My son is looking for a Samsung Galaxy S9 and I have recommended he use DC Digital TV.

I got a really nice piece of basically-new kit for a very good price. In an ideal world, I would have liked it to arrive sooner, but I wasn't in a massive hurry and it certainly doesn't affect my rating in any way. Will definitely use them again and have been recommending to friends and family.

My experience with DC Digital was excellent, from the point of contacting customer services (before placing my order) all the way through to receiving my item (Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm). I have had my S9 for 2 weeks now and can confirm it is brand new as stated (other than it not being sealed but that is also stated on the website) and everything works as expected. Matt from customer services was very helpful in reassuring me before placing my order, I was also sent updates with tracking information. Thanks guys!

Great price, delivery service poor
Found an ex demo/display 55" Sony TV on their site at a great price. Delivery was arranged hower didn't happen on the agreed date. Was resolved the following week.Product has Direct TV warrant and all serial numbers removed from the product so not possible to register directly with the manufacturer. I have had the TV 10 months now and no issues. Would certainly consider using again due to the savings that can be made.

I purchased a Sony 43XE7073 at the start of the month and it was delivered on 9th June, excellent pricing and on time delivery, TV was excellent too, however on the evening of 11th June, my TV required a software, which I did and during the software my TV went blank and stopped working, I did some research online and found it's quite a common fault and this was manufacturer issue, so I contacted dc digital with the issue and was asked to fill a return form and make a video of the TV fault, I did both and emailed it to them, then one of the customer advisor emailed back saying that I should contact Sony UK support and they will be able to assist me with this, I did that and Sony said that TV is faulty and that I should contact my retailer to ask for a refund or an exchange as I am still within my consumer rights to cancel or ask for an exchange, this was some time last week and since then I have contact customer service multiple times and everyone I get told that someone will call me back within the next 24 hours but I never hear back and I have to call back every time and still every time I get the same response that some one will call you back within the next 24 hours, I kindly asked for an exchange but my request has been falling on deaf ears, it's been almost two weeks now that I have been chasing you guys and have not had a definitive response, therefore I will like to be compensated for my time wastage along with an exchange of TV. Otherwise I would have to take this matter to ADR.

Due to damaging my current TV I'll be looking for a replacement and I wouldn't go elsewhere, will be looking to buy from DC Digital for my new TV in the near future.

My wife wrote a couple of hours ago one comment in this web page (attach link) and they have just replied that we were not at home and we did not reply to their email. This is totally wrong, misleading and fake information!
When we bought the TV (and paid it on 15th May) we gave instruction to deliver it to our neighbours, which you did not pass to the delivery service company. In fact after not delivering to the neighbours I called the delivery company and they informed us they had not received the information that the TV had to be delivered to the neighbours at all.
Then we contacted your customer service on the 25th (same day the delivery failed) to tell them what happened. Email to which your customer serviced replied apologising and saying the delivery would be booked for the next run of deliveries.
1 week later I sent an email, on the 30th May asking your customer service team to provide details for such delivery, which was supposed to be on the next delivery run.
On the 14th June we called the customer service which tells us they’d call us back before the end of the day. They did not call nor contacted us.
On the 15th June we called the customer service which tells us they’d call us back before the end of the day. They did not call nor contacted us.
On the 18th June we wrote a complain on your website to which we had no reply
On the 20th June we called the customer service which tells us they’d call us back before the end of the day. They did not call nor contacted us.
On the 21st June (today) we called the customer service and emphasize on talking to a manager or someone from the sell department, directly instead of waiting for a call that never comes. They told us they cannot pass the call to a manager as they are very busy, I offer to wait until he is available and he says he can’t pass me. He finally tells me he will try to arrange for someone to contact me.
I receive an email few minutes later saying, again, as I was told on May 25th (almost 1 month ago) that my delivery will come in the next delivery run.
I cannot understand how can it be so difficult for a company who sells online to send a parcel straight away. And give us details of the day the TV shall arrive.
If someone is thinking to buy something to them, please think it twice as you may end having headache for few months if you are lucky.
I see they are more effective responding comments in this webpage to try to clean their reputation than really helping customers to get satisfied with their experience or being useful when you call them to their customer service.
Could you please inform us of an exact date when the parcel will be delivered instead of telling us ‘will get your order booked in on our next delivery run’?

UPDATE! We are on 09/07 (see rest of history below), I bought the TV 2 months ago and we have received today! Andd.... you can imagine.... they deliver a different TV!! And of course, it is coming without the stand! Really this is incredible, unacceptable and ridiculous. I have never done a bad review but this is not acceptable at all. How do you think that I can fix the TV in my home without the stand???? I have two kids at home and this can be very very dangerous for them, so now I have a TV (that is not the TV that I have ordered) and it is useless since I cannot install it.
Really this is the last time that I buy in this company. Thanks for all the reviews, at least I know that I am not the only silly that buy to this company!

I would like to make a claim for my last purchase because I bought a TV around one month ago and a half and I am still waiting for it. Please find below all the details:

Samsung 6 Series UE49MU6500U - 49" Curved LED Smart TV - 4K UltraHD
1. Paid 15/05/2018
2. Note added to my order the same day (15/05) stipulating to leave the package with the neighbours of 70 Pooles Wharf
3. Date for delivery 25 May
4. The courier did not try to leave it with the neighbours so they failed the delivery
5. 25 May – I sent an email to DC digital TV asking them to re-arrange delivery.
6. 30 May – They reply and say they will re-book the order to be delivered.
7. 14 June – I call the delivery service, they tell me they will call me back in 30 minutes, no one does.
8. 15 June – They send an email saying that the order have been passed to the delivery team.
9. 18 June - I call again and I received the same reply "we will call you today" and nobody call me. I ask for more information and the person who is in the phone cannot give me any detail about it.
10. 18 June - I wrote a complain in the website, nobody reply.
11. 20 June - I call again and the same, nobody can tell my anything about my TV.
12. 20 June - I send an email with the history to complaints, no reply has been received.
13. 21 June 11.00am - I call again, I ask to speak to the manager, even if I have to wait for him, Alex, who is attending me says he cannot do that. I ask him to let me speak directly with the sales team, even if I have to wait for them, he says he cannot do that. He tells me I will receive a call back in the next hour. I tell him I will call back in 2 hours to check whether they have solved my problem.
Conclusion, this company has my money but I don't have my TV after 1 month and 1 week and I am loosing my time speaking with the members of your company that unfortunately they don't know anything about my purchase, I just can describe the service of your company as a terrible services .
They now reply that we have not contacted them, and it is not true!!!! We have sent them several emails!

Absolute nightmare - DO NOT USE
Absolute nightmare! do not order from this company. I have bought a phone through them, the first one didn't pick up network. Sent it back, waited for ages to get it replaced (had to send evidence that it was received by them as they couldn't find it). The replacement also doesn't work properly and was sent with a wrong charger. Tried to call, email over and over, keep on getting told someone will call me back and never do! Got sent another charger - also the wrong one. Wanted to make a claim on ADR they don't respond to ADR. Apparently will have to take the case to small claims court by the look of it. Put a post up on facebook about the company seems to be an issue with lots of consumers.

Hi i am beyond annoyed with your customer service if am honest ive been calling for the last 2weeks to know where my order is but every time i call is the same story someone wil call u at the end of the day my order number is 18018 it's a tv but i het no reply am starting to think this is fraud i ve sent a private message and no one is getting back at me send my tv or refund my money am sooooo annoyed right now how can i only speak to people at the office and cant get to the manager ..rubbish it was supposed to ge to me on the 31st on my but u change the date to the 1st still didnt come then the 2nd i went on holiday which i made clear i wont be around hence why i calles to make sure it was coming before the 2nd spoke to the delivery man and he said hell talk to you guy to give me a call to re arrange came back on the 8th ever since ive been calling n no reply maybe youll reply on here this is disgusting and its the 21st is this normal not even a communication of yh we got your query and we looking into it no nothing this is really disgusting....i didnt read the reviews for this company and after reading am very shocked..

1/ A problem regarding the delivery (administrative issue if i understood correctly), more than 3 weeks. When i received the confirmation, the price of the device decrease on their site. And they don't apply a gesture in order to apologize about this issue.
2/ in addition, the mobile has been sold as new. And the phone was used. The phone has two deep scratches in order to hide IME codes and serial number. And we can see traces of wear on the mobile rear face and on the battery charger as well.
It took a little while for the order…
It took a little while for the order process to ship, but once posted it arrived promptly (Royal Mail tracked service by 1pm).
Phone was in excellent condition physically (excluding the scratched out IMEI on the back, which is mentioned on the site).
The phone was not however unlocked as stated. Contacted customer services by email and they advised to use a local trader to unlock and advise them of the cost (still in the process of letting them know to see if I will be refunded this cost). Was able to get the phone unlocked without issue.
Overall the cost saving has made this a good experience.

Delivered as expected but misleading grade?
The ordered item was labelled "grade NEW" but I found a couple of small scratches on the screen. I found this misleading compared to the different Grades definitions given on their website.
I have sent an email and they never replied.
