The biggest problem I had was with chat…
The biggest problem I had was with chat questions. The questions were not always read, just the name and answer. If a question is worth answering it needs to be read and then answered. This would have cut down on a lot of the repetiveness. Lot of good and necessary information but when you have a range of uses from people who have not even purchased a domain to people who have been doing online businesses for years there is a huge gap. True on both days.
The first day to me was some information and a lot of sales pitch. I think it was valuable but it was a 4 hour funnel page.

Very good in info and apps... Good job to all instructors. Only I would ask to go slow on the white label app part on the explanation. Also, Darsh too fast for beginners on explaining how to do white label and setting up app. But Darsh great besides that.

Forget about any getting any useful customer service, (what did they call it ? Concierge Assistant ) LOL !! Could not get on the live call TWICE within the week and Johnauy had this oh well 😏 tone to him. Then when I ask about the sales script he writes we don't allow those to be downloaded, you'll have to take screenshots. LOL 😆😝 I did not last the month. Pathetic ! Still waiting for my refund but they probably love the money more than their reputation 🤑

On May 26 and June 2, 2024, you reached out to us regarding access issues, and we informed you that your network appeared to have been blocked by our site provider. This issue is unique and has not affected other customers. We sincerely regret the inconvenience this caused and are working with our provider to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
On June 3, 2024, you requested confirmation to cancel your subscription to avoid future charges, and we promptly canceled it, as confirmed in our email response. At no point during this exchange was a refund requested. The transactions prior to your cancellation were later disputed through a chargeback, and we’ve submitted evidence of our communications to the reviewing authority.
If you have additional concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at support@deal.ai.
