So far it's been super exciting. I'm just a normal guy that owns a construction company. Although I haven't fully nailed my marketing strategy for my white label, I have used to tools to build and shoot my company website to the top spot on the first page of Google. I just build the site last week. It's pretty much like this whatever you can think of or dream up business wise deal.ai can help you figure it out at a fraction of the cost of you trying things and failing over and over. Which is something I have done. It's not fun although that's what ultimately to lead me to the platform. As entrepreneurs we cannot be afraid to fail. And I truly believe these guys are a lot like me. Relentless.

I'm incredibly disappointed in this software. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get answers. I have no issue paying for the "premium" subscription WHEN I NEED IT and IF I need it. However, I am asking a simple question about the affiliate option and I hope the "person" responding is a bot, otherwise the person is not very intelligent at all. It is incredibly frustrating to invest my time, energy and money into a program and can't get simple questions answered. I am a busy person. I don't have time to sit here and as questions that I get the run around on. About to cancel deal.ai and move on. I just received the answer to my question that if i wanted technical support I need to sign up for premium. I am asking if the Affiliate program is available for use by my whitelabel clients to use for THEIR services and products IE skincare line, can set up the affiliate program and utilize it for their affiliate to sell the skincare. Not to mention it is very confusing. There should be a little more support available. I understand there is more tech support at a higher cost. But there should be a little more than just video support for those whitelabeling.

I am very weary
The tools are great, nothing so far has been a bad experience, it has done exceptionally well. however I find the private policy, and terms of service to be vague. They have a third party using this AI for the purpose of helping find ways to describe their ideas and translate... However nowhere does it promise that your ideas aren't being stolen, and they clearly outline that you cannot take them to court, so even if they take my copyrighted ideas in prompts, how can I be sure they won't take these prompts and do something scandalous with them against me? This is very troubling, and I suggest this company make an effort to disclose their intentions regarding your prompts, and the AI output. I've copyrighted my work, I am weary about inputting any data for any translations because of their vague documents. Contact me with clear intentions, and I will give this 5 stars.

This is the best company I have ever experienced!
I saw an ad on Facebook and signed on with deal.ai after viewing several tech reviews that reviewed their apps on YouTube. The tech reviews were very positive and I have not been disappointed so far. I've attended orientation and completed the Marketing Academy app. I am truly impressed with their depth of creativity and commitment to adding new apps all the time. Their BookDaddy apps are equally impressive! I did have a billing problem right after signing up-which was quickly remedied by Jonathan. Their level of support is fantastic and their product line is amazing! If you are interested in a career in marketing, as an author, or just to promote your own company sales this is the best company I have ever experienced. I have searched for years for this kind of company and finally found it with deal.ai ! You can succeed no matter your level of experience.

Get ready to pay for EVERYTHING - literally, EVERYTHING
Not fair to give them a one star - the software is useful - as stand alone software. But the business they sell as a white label will require some extra dough if you want anything worth having. The software seemed legit, but keep this in mind, if you really want to get the most out of the software, expect to pay. Everything is an extra monthly fee outside of their standard AI apps that you can white label; however, you have to pay more to create your own models.
Refunded me immediately when I asked. Didn't even try explaining the software, seemed irritated I interupted. Support is important, if they don't care now, they won't care then.

SUPERB AND EASY RETUN through customer service after billing issue charged my card for some add-ons twice. They responded same day and agreed to a refund of the billing issues I was charged for...
customer service was responsive with some billing issue but in review I believe that I read their pricing options incorrectly on the sales pages. The system is modular so that you don't get all the things at once a la cart. I enjoy the tools and the easy to use interface. If customer service is any indication of their dedication to improving the product I can't wait to see what they build out next. Thanks for this great opportunity!

This is a complete scam—don’t be misled. The promised features aren’t delivered. Instead, you’re given access to a dashboard with locked apps, each requiring an additional $45 to unlock and use. There are far better and free options available, making this a waste of money.

I've been using deal ai for a while
I've been using deal ai for a while, and one of their staff contacted me, told me that they've been double charging me. They wanted to give my money back. So that was great. They did so. They gave me my money back. It's a great platform, great people. But somehow my account was erased. I'm trying to recover it now. They're working with me to do that, but haven't had anyluck till today. They're a great company and they're great source for AI.

I spent $97 on an annual subscription…
I spent $97 on an annual subscription on Deal.ai and once I got to the end of their sale process I received a screen with two options Register for training and check email in 5 minutes for a link to access the deal.ai system. Email link never came and I sent an email to their support address they provide however I have not had any response. **UPDATE ** support did get ahold of me and provided the link and password to get access. It looks like a mistyped password may have caused the issue.

So far this company has a lot of ethical issues. For example, once you commit to a subscription, the page takes you to another page saying get this, if you buy that software, it takes you to another page telling you you to buy another software now or you want be able to purchase it later. The bottom line, this company gets you to buy their products by offering an affordable subscription but it looks like you want benefits from it unless you purchase from the numerous pages after it. I am going to report them to the consumer affairs and I suggest y’all do the same to stop these scam people from scamming others.
