DealsAway.com Avis

Professional, helpful, friendly

I had the great pleasure of dealing with ellyse, and as i live in melb and they are a syd based company, she made effort to ring me and make sure all my details were correct,it was more a chat with a friend, than a consultant

The trip we undertook was the Grand Rail Tour of Switzerland. The trip was well organised by DealsAway - every detail was met without an issue. Hotels booked for us were excellent and well placed relative to the train stations as well as being first class in terms of amenities.
DealsAway also organised porterage of our suitcases from hotel to hotel - which all happened without a hitch. This saved us lugging suitcases onto and off trains and also dragging them along cobble stone streets - we could just relax. The only regret we had was we wish we had booked extra nights at some locations to take advantage of what was on offer there - such as cable car trips over the mountains to Italy and back at Zermatt (and past the Matterhorn).

From the start Ellyse went out of her way to assist us , always happy and polite thank you Ellyse!

Ellyse was our contact person for the booking, thru to the final confirmation stage for our Trans Canada by Rail holiday. Ellyse was always very polite, friendly and prompt in getting answers to any queries that I had during the months leading up to my wife and I going on holiday. Ellyse was almost as excited as Fiona and I about going on this holiday, which makes you feel relaxed and in good hands. Glad we got to have such a lovely person to help us. Regards Kevin and Fiona

Oreahna was so helpful with planning and implementing our river cruise it was smooth sailing all the way.

So easy working with Oreahna at Dealsaway..our first trip to London and Paris and we didn't need to worry about a thing! Everything was paid for before leaving which was a big bonus and it helped to have organised activities!

Oreahna was fantastic in assisting in the organisation of our recent trip to Sri Lanka. She was responsive in answering any questions that we had in the lead up and provided us with all of the information that we needed. Would highly recommend Dealsaway for anyone looking to book a tour.

All the staff I spoke to from start to finish were very friendly and helpful. I would be happy to deal with them again and happy to recommend them to friends and family

The experience has been wonderful. Ease of payment, kept updated every step of the way. All questions sorted in a timely manner. Thank you you have made this trip a true reality. Thank you Deals Away.

Very happy with the efficient and personal service provided by Ellyse when booking our getaway to NZ.

We were one of the many who lost all their money for a trip to Sri Lanka/Maldives paid to AVG Travels, which became insolvent only 3 weeks after accepting our full payment. DealsAway offered a 20% discount on a similar holiday to Sri Lanka, and since all our plans had been made, at least gave us something to look forward to. Keeley has been very responsive and helpful in supplying the confirmed itinerary and answering any queries we have had. Although (all up) it has become a very expensive holiday, we are very much looking forward to our visit to Sri Lanka but so far, very good. We even have our own private transfers and guide! Thanks, Keeley and Dealsaway.

We have been dealing with 2 companies for our European trip. Ellyse from Deals Away has been far superior than the other company. Because her communication has been first class, she always goes the extra mile to ensure things get done. Was able to organise extra things like airport transfers without a worry. It always felt like I was sitting in the office with her because she was so efficient. The whole booking process was so easy. Ellyse took all the worry away.

Ellyse is amazing!!
This is my second holiday booking using Elysse and DealsAway. She is always prompt with responses, listens to what we need, finds amazing experiences, accomodation and prices. I could not be happier with her service, and that of DealsAway. I will happily use them again! Thanks Ellyse!!!

Brilliant experience so far with the actual holiday starts tomorrow all thanks to Ellyse who has been absolutely wonderful. Nothing has been out of the question even with our slight alterations to the itenary.

Was a really nice touch sending an Aperol Spritz 4 pack in lieu of our Holiday being on the Amalfi Coast. Great touch. Looking forward to the Holiday, tell you more when we get back.

Cheers Ellyse and the whole Team at Deals Away.

It has been a fantastic experience dealing with Ellyse from our first email. Her professional and willingness to help made it an absolute pleasure to work with her.
Nothing seems too hard for Ellyse whether it was organising additional accommodation to internal flights. The whole process has been enjoyable from start to finish.

Ellyse has been wonderful right from first point of contact. Nothing has been a problem and everything is discussed in depth. I feel Ellyse really cares and goes above and beyond. I have no hesitation in recommending Ellyse , her professionalism and caring is second to none

Right from the start of making the booking for Morocco we felt like we were well supported. It’s a good feeling because when changes were required due to illness, DealsAway and our consultant, Oreahna responded quickly and thoroughly. These changes were accomplished with understanding and minimal fuss. Everything we wanted was achieved and we were kept well informed. Thank you Oreahna and DealsAway.

Oreahna was awesome with her professional and friendly assistance with arranging my trip.

It was a real pleasure to work with Keeley.
She answered all our questions quickly. All together a very good experience.
