It is a shame to hear people are still being tricked into using the government's burdensome, costly and privacy-invading enrolled process when our unenrolled process is just as effective whilst being cheaper, quicker and private.

Thank you for the help, I wanted to change my surname, it went very well. Now waiting for my result, also I would like to say the surname space was mandatory, so it was difficult for me to send and had to do many times, spending money.

The entire point of my experience and buying a deedpoll was to change my name and title yet all emails received address me by the wrong name which defeats the purpose.Although postage was fast.

Felix,
Your name and title change documentation was prepared and typed correctly as per your order. It is standard convention that your confirmation email and any further correspondence we may have with you before we prepare the deed poll (and the name we put on the label to post it to you) is addressed in your old name, as until you sign and execute your deed poll; you are still legally known as your current (old) name.
For example, if we post the documentation to you in your new name, and Royal Mail can't deliver and you have to collect the package from your local delivery office - you will not have any identification in your new name to prove who you are. Furthermore, I note your billing and shipping address was supplied to us in your old name and gender. You had an option at checkout to amend the delivery name and address, which you did not do.
