Items did not arrive, no customer support
Paid for express next day delivery on Fri Dec 5th due to urgency. Item never arrived - with Royal Mail tracked as 'Address Inaccessible' for a couple of days in a row, though my other items arrived okay.
Contacted support on Monday Dec 8th, was sent to Royal Mail for any further clarifications. Staff unhelpful and could not offer alternatives. Asked for replacement or electronic copies - support team offered me to pay full price for another set of copies and delivery.
Very poor customer support, refused to offer any help with my case, but were keen to ask me to reorder and pay in full.
UPD Royal Mail told me that they don't have my address indicated in the system - so they are not able to deliver

We are sorry to hear that Royal Mail were unable to deliver to you both on Saturday 6th December and again on Monday 8th. Royal Mail state the reason for this is that "access issues prevented us from delivering this item. This could be due to a number of reasons, including locked communal entrances, bad weather, health and safety issues or road closures." It appears they will attempt delivery once more on Tuesday 9th before returning your documentation to us as being unable to deliver.
Our Terms & Conditions state we only consider an item lost in the post if Royal Mail misplace it, or two weeks have passed since despatch from our offices. In your case they acknowledge possession and that they are having trouble delivering. If/when they return the documentation back to us as undelivered then we can arrange an alternative delivery, but as it is still in Royal Mail's hands we are waiting for them to decide whether to deliver or return to us.
We did the work as requested, and posted to the address supplied as requested. We are sorry to hear Royal Mail have let you down but until they either confirm the item is lost or return it back to us, then we cannot arrange a free-of-charge replacement to the same address. We understand your frustration with the situation, but the issue is due to Royal Mail's actions, not ours.
Furthermore, you state that we asked you to pay again and refused to help, but this is not true. We offered to post a free-of-charge replacement to an alternative address today, which you declined. Furthermore, you also lie by stating "Royal Mail told me that they don't have my address indicated in the system - so they are not able to deliver." This is incorrect - you live in a block of flats that appears in Royal Mail's online Postcode Finder and Royal Mail are having trouble getting inside the building or obtaining a signature.

I changed my name within 24 hours
Excellent service. Fast delivery. Very professional.
Cost £36 and I paid an extra £6 for first class delivery. The deed with my name change arrived the next day, just needing me to get a witness to sign. All done within 24 hours. Superb. Thank you very much.
