Deed Poll Office Avis

Really helpful and knowledgeable when I spoke to them on the phone, documents sent on time, would use again

very transparent service, and communication was provided on very highly professional manner,
will definitely recommend

Deed Poll Office is the best I found online. Clear communication, reasonable price and good quality.

Beware of the dodgy sites trying to sell you kits and charge ridiculous fees for copies and delivery, They are not worth wasting your time and money.

Fantastic service. Quick and easy

It’s very good and amazing a quickly post a delivery already I am happy with it so I been sent to my thing change surname done ☑️

After some hassle I had with the Royal Courts over getting an enrolled deed poll I decided instead to go down the unenrolled deed poll route. After some research I decided to go with Deed Poll Office as they were highly rated and had plenty of good reviews.

It was a wise decision. The process of getting my deed poll from Deed Poll Office was straightforward. The deed polls certificates were sent out the very next day and I received them the day after.

The deed polls have so far been accepted by the DVLA, my bank, my doctors surgery and by the registry office for my upcoming wedding. I recommend using Deed Poll Office if you're after a fast and reliable way of obtaining a deed poll certificate.

Very good. Fast, efficient, reliable. I would recommend this service.

When I rang up, they were very helpful, I received my documents very quickly and step by step how to go forward, highly recommended., thankyou.

Fast, clear and simple process

Quick, competent, honest...I got exactly what I needed.

So far so good my documents have come through, they look good and got a cover letter template to make things even easier. I have not used them yet but I don't imagine I will have issues with the name change process. Fingers crossed these are accepted by all in question.

Simply THE BEST. A big THANK YOU for your efficient communications and prompt actions.
We have just received our daughter's new passport with her new name, and undoubtedly your support and clear guidance in this process has been fundamental. It is rare to see such level of great service in any service industry.

I ordered my replacement change of name Deed Poll clicking the reason I needed it. It was confirmed straight away. Then 2 days later I got an email saying they suggested I got a Statutory Declaration aswell. I thought 'HERE WE GO' they are going to ask for a huge amount for this and was thinking SCAM. I was wrong, they supplied this at no extra charge and both Documents arrived within 5 working days. Was a good price too. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you for your helpfulness. It saved me time and money.

very quick service

Good communications prior to carrying out the name change process, easy forms to fill in on line and quick delivery. When the deed poll was received it also came with a pre written letter to send with your deed poll to the various organisations you are notifying of your name change. It also provided a guidance draft letter to send to organisations if you encounter any issues with the deed poll not being accepted.

service was fast & efficient, nothing else to say.

Something I'd been putting off for a long while, my name change was easy to complete here. My document arrived quickly with easily understandable instructions and I had no problems changing it with other businesses and services.
