Fully concur with other bad reviews. My product never arrived. No means to speak to customer service. No replies to their customer contact emails. Not fit for purpose. A slightly cheaper price for a product is a false economy. Buy from Amazon instead.

Ordered Oakley Helmet and Goggles both arrived perfect, no problems at all. Delivery took a little longer but it’s worth the wait as you do get them cheaper on this site. Would recommend just be patient

No delivery. Refused to answer emails, had to go through PayPal to get a refund in upto 90 days. I cant afford another coat until I get that refunded so im stuck without a warm one

Never again!
Impossible to deal with their customer support. They try to manipulate you and avoid any refund.
Please pay with PayPal if ordering from this site or avoid it at any cost

waiting 4 weeks for a refund after an expensive charge to retrun items, do not use this company

Har försökt få kontakt med någon att prata med, det enda som finns är AI där man inte får något svar på den hjälp man behöver. Vågar inte utföra min retur utan att jag fått det beviljat av företaget eftersom jag måste stå för returkostnaden själv (55 euro) Nu sitter jag här med ett par skor för 130 euro som jag inte kan använda.

Extremely poor communication-I sent a return and it got sent back to me without a reason. I rearrange another collection but that has not happened. This is now 3 weeks. Stay well away from this business

Do not buy from this site!!! The .com site might be authentic but this one is a con. Never received my item from them and they won’t refund me, they just ignore emails and try and fob you off. Please don’t buy from them or if you do use PayPal

I bought from UK but the products are shipped from Spain. The item I purchased came with a EU charger instead of UK socket. I contacted the customer service and they told me that the Compex always comes with a EU socket, which is not true.

I placed a sizeable (£450) order 4 weeks ago. I got a few emails saying my order was delayed being dispatched with later and later delivery dates. The last delivery date given was over a week ago with no further updates. I started contacting DeporVillage over a week ago by their website messaging system and Livechat. I have received no responses to multiple messages and sat on their livechat for hours with no response. I have even tried looking for phone numbers on line and tried several to contact DeporVillage directly without success. This is so frustrating. The service has been terrible and I don't know where my order is, when I will get it and DeporVillage are not responding to any of their contact options. I am so dissappointed.

Purchased a cycling top which was way too small. First really disappointed that for UK purchasers you will have to pay a significant fee to return. But worse they are completely uncontactable and unresponsive and have just failed to pick up the item. As it stands I have no recourse to return the item and get a refund. Do not do business with this retailer…

Do not order from this site in the UK. Unfortunately if there is any problem with your order, as I have had, they are very difficult to contact. They delay sorting out problems. 3 months on from my faulty product I am still battling to get it sorted out.

Do not use! Order never received - the only way of contacting Deporvillage is via a Webchat which they don't respond to. I've tried multiple times and no one responds. £65 of my money wasted that I won't get back. I will never buy from this company again and would advise others not to either.

I spent £91 on shoes in April and £22 to return them when they did not fit. The company did not accept the parcel so the shoes were returned to me. I then got them to collect them. On 30 July I received a refund of £61, - they say they won't refund the import taxes - so I am now c.£50 down and have no shoes. This makes them ABSOLUTE CROOKS, THIEVES, SCAM ARTISTS as far as I am concerned. They may sell good products but they are not to be trusted if you have a problem.

Terrible shop. They send you incomplete orders and make it impossible to obtain refund or new shipments. They take no responsibility in their wrongdoing with problems all over their communication processes. Stay away from these cheaters.

Terrible company!
No customer service whatsoever! My husband ordered a pair of shoes that happened to be small in size. We sent it back the way the instructions said. Deporvillage refused the parcel! We again paid for 2nd delivery . Both times special delivery both times as we were instructed. Refused again! No refund! No one to contact to! All calls, emails are automated literally no one to speak to! Now we run out of the 30 days . We lost the money and have a shoes that don’t fit! Never order from them again!

I ordered some expensive Shimano MTB boots which they failed to deliver. The promised delivery date, of a few days from order, was missed by nearly 2 weeks and it was only when I chased them that they came up with the unbelievable excuse that the delivery van was in an accident and the shoes were damaged! These boots are indestructible. They refunded my money but will never order again.

Order two pairs of North face trainers which was £175. Service was good & they arrived a few days later. As ordered from EU I have had to pay an additional £75 in customs as we are in UK. It would have been cheaper to buy them full price from North Face. Please be aware of these additional costs when ordering.
