Captured the moment beautifully
I can not wait to give this to my husband on Father’s Day! He coached my sons little league and I snapped a picture of him comforting him on the field after he was upset about a play. It turned out beautiful and captured the moment perfectly!

It was easy to order and give instruction. The portrait I ordered is spectacular!! What a wonderful job and the framing is unique, in a great way, too! I would highly recommend!!

They take your money - then you are on your own.
This company is happy to take your money, and then ignore your order. They have no phone number to contact them when the order does not progress. When contacting by email, they take about 4 - 5 days to respond and then do not address any order concerns. Sarah Lopez, customer service agent for Designed by Memories, actually uses insults and hides behind platitudes of "policy" and avoids answering the simple question of the status on my order. This company has no respect for its customers.
UPDATE: Take a look at their response to my original review. Once again not taking responsibility and creating falsehoods about my review to try to discredit me. I took into account the weekend days, and they still did not respond for 4 - 5 days. My emails were never aggressive in any way; however, they are straightforward, written just like my review.
Hey, Designed by Memories, here's an idea for you. Just do a better job with customer service and you won't get negative reviews.

Thank you for leaving us a review! I personally took a look at your case and it seems our customer support reps actually answered within the 24 - 48 hours response time we give on our website (and in follow-up emails), and not the 4 - 5 days you mentioned. Please keep in mind that our customer support reps get the weekend off and only operate during business hours, so contacting us during a weekend will not prompt an immediate response.
Now, regarding our customer support rep's response, I double checked every ticket and I never saw any insults from her. Yes, she mentioned that your email was a bit hyperbolic since you were being aggressive in the email you sent us over the weekend (claiming we never responded to you), but she did NOT insult you. So please don't make a false claim like this as it is untrue and may damage our small business's reputation (you can also look over the tickets yourself to verify).
I am however seeing that you did reach out to us a few days after this incident (and the posting of this review) and were happy with your portrait! So we're glad we were able to end everything on a good note.
Anyway, if you have any issues with your order in the future, feel free to reach out to me directly as I am one of the co-owners of this business.

Update: Once again, we have the actual support tickets. We responded in 24 - 48 hours during a business day, and your emails were indeed pretty aggressive. You claimed that our support rep used an insult and that is verifiably false. I don't understand why you're continuing to lie when you emailed us after this whole incident saying how happy you were with the outcome of your order.
