Ordered two boxes only one arrived garden lights outside contacted customer service was t in rush two solve the problem had make claim with Royal Mail and they didn’t work been month now just got an answer saying they can’t help me out 80 pound for one box been robbered absolute joke will not e buying from these again

Please note that as per the tracking details: 11-003 082 EF1, your item was delivered on July 17th.
Later on, you contacted us and informed us that you hadn't received the parcel. Considering your satisfaction as our priority, we had opened a Royal Mail claim on your behalf for "item not delivered." and refunded you the shipping cost for your next order as a compensation.
We tried our best to win the claim, and for that we have contacted Royal Mail many times, but the courier company confirmed that the parcel was delivered and delivered to the right address.
So, we updated you with the same conclusion given by the courier company. We have gone the extra mile to satisfy you but you are not coming to any conclusion

Ordered lights on the the 26 April and still wafting for them. I phoned to be advised they do not have stock and have tried to call me many times and they have then cancelled the order a week ago. I am still waiting for the refund to my card which, obviously has not been processed!

Disappointed
I ordered a light fitting from this company and didn't receive it, I still haven't received it, I emailed them to say I haven't received it yet and although they were very nice I didn't really really find it helpful. They said they would refund my delivery charge but I haven't received it yet. They said to get back to them if I hadn't received it by the 19th, I emailed to say I haven't received it yet, I am currently waiting for a response to my email, I am very disappointed at the moment

Terrible service
Update. 24.6.2024
Finally resolved with a postage paid return label and a full refund.
Ordered goods on 10th December 2023. Did not receive my lamp but did receive another item which I did not order and also did not come from Dickens Direct. Still unsure if the two companies are connected. Many e- mails later issue still not resolved. All I want is total refund, correct order delivered and incorrect item collected if it belongs to Dickens Direct. Would have given zero rating if I could as no progress at all made despite their endless comments that customers are so important to them. Hopefully will get a response to my review like other customers on here and will gladly update review if a favourable outcome is achieved.
