Like most comments, I too am awaiting my product about 5 weeks since purchase. No response to emails. I am about to tell my credit card company that it was a scam and request my money back. May or may not work but I’m confident a human will engage with me!

How can I get an unautomated response for a mistake that I made with my order email address. I have tried twice, but just get an automated response with a query number. Maybe I'll get a response this way. Liz

They keep sending their advertisements but never follow ups on the orders customers has paid for! Bullshit Website! Wouldn't recommend to anyone!

I have been waiting for weeks for a parcel that supposedly was in Auckland on the 20th of November. Four attempts at enquiring on their customer service email has been a total waste of time. A second parcel is being sent by another provider in England (They don't tell you this when you order) and 5 weeks after ordering it is still in England as far as I can see. Absolutely useless, I wont be using them again. No idea if I will see either of these items and requests for refunds are also ignored.
UPDATE: NZ post enquiry states parcel was damaged and around 20 enquiries to DickSmith have gone unanswered. No parcel and no refund to date. Buyer beware!!

I ordered a wireless charger, it said it will be dispatched on the 3 December 2024, no email from them on updates with order, today is the 7 December 2024 still nothing in the mail, with many contacts they have not reply.

This is absolutely disgusting. I bought a 365nm UV Flashlight for 17$ and what I got was a small flashlight shaped paperweight.

Dicksmith's Warranty & Returns can be paraphrased as: "Don't blame us. This is a product belonging to a third party. Go find them."

Can I give also a -1 rating because I also feel scammed and badly treated by D.Smith.
I had ordered a product over their website, turned out it came from another supplier, which was not clear to me at the time of purchase. I got only one confirmation email and nothing after that. 4 weeks later the product was dumped in front of my door, completely damaged and unusable!
Since then absolute rubbish treatment by D. Smith and the other company. Another 4 weeks later, I’ve told them to not contact me anymore and take the lesson as being learned: Never buy with them again and buyers beware, you’ll have no rights and no chance of a refund if your product comes unusable. Better avoid to buy of them.

Order number is M9ND48PU. Not sure if i have been scammed. The tracking defails say it has been delivered in Melbourne but the address on the order is in Auckland. I have sent numeroua messages but nothing came back. Have I been scammed by DickSmith?

Brought a sunbeam Sleep Perfect wool fleece electric blanket queen ×2 and when received them they where the old style when they advertised the new style and had pictures of the new style, now I see they have changed the advertised pictures to old style so now I'm stuck with there old stock, do not recommend using dicksmith's. con

Ordered a MacBook in excellent condition. Macbook came with obvious wear marks. Turned it on to find speakers were blown, screen was faulty and couldn't even work without being on charge. After 50 emails I had my money refunded but had to ship it back at my own cost of 130$. Disgusting customer service, talked to three different people who couldn't even write English coherently. Felt like a scam.

Don't get the cooling blanket!

Can I have a minus 1 ? Its now 11 days since my order was dispatched and the tracking site will not accept my refs number ! When I placed my order there was no information to show it was coming out of China.I use other sites from China UK Australia and NZ and have never had these issues.I do not know where my order is nor do I know how to follow up customer services have not given me active tracking.Never Again !

Bought a product. Came in a broken box and after I’ve charged it for 2 hours it did not work. Send them a video to show it does not work. Now they say I need to charge it longer or use a different cable. So to get them to return the product - no luck. Will never support them again. First order and definitely the last.

Do not buy perfume from DickSmith. I have been waiting over 40 days for my order to arrive. Tracking details show the perfume arrived in NZ, got delayed in customs and then returned to Stylerule in the US!
I am daily requesting DickSmith cancel my order and refund my money but get the same email reply saying they are looking into it. I wish I'd read DickSmith reviews before making my purchase.

I did not receive all of my purchase....I received chairs but not a dining table. I had a lot of trouble navigating the company in question Site in order to notify them of the mossing table. I did get an automated message that they had received my message and they would be in contact soon..no reply ...no phone number to call them..I also contacted the courier company and they could not find the tracking number. I did get the table eventually. I have looked up reviews, for this company , it seems that their customer service is lacking in so many ways..I wonder if they are legit!

What a joke. Bought a tool and now I get charged on top of this for subscription, even I didn't order this at all. This people are out of mind!!!

Never ever buy anything from this rubbish company or kogan 😡 products are rubbish, customer service is rubbish. Should be removed from any type of retail business. Rip off 🤬

I bought a Pet Bike basket from Dick Smith , but sold through Salelink , unfortunately it was faulty and dangerous and resulted in my small dog crashing onto the road when the weak plastic joints between the handlebars and the basket breaking away suddenly and without warning and the basket and my dog crashing onto the road

probably the worst place to buy stuff off, been the 3rd time I've bought off Rocksmith to be fuccd over or be sold some duds. bought a school bag on the 6th said it was in Australia, get a noti on the 8th it's in London.... fast forward to now it's in Germany and that where it was coming from, tired of false advertisement from a bull crap ass business
