Very poor delivery. It took them 3 (!) days to dispatch a car. WHY? Ordered on Sunday. They only shipped on Wednesday, while initial email said delivery on Thursday. Now it looks like Friday or Saturd... Voir plus

Diecast Model Centre is a family owned and operated online model shop based in Somerset (UK) that was established in 2005.
At Diecast Model Centre, we believe that collecting models or giving them as gifts doesn't have to be expensive and in line that our core values are to offer our customers models of exceptional value and to provide a first-class shopping experience.
On our website you'll find all kinds of models not sold by many other retailers; models from brands you may have heard of such as Bburago, Maisto, Oxford Diecast and Solido, and from brands you may not have heard of such as Cararama, Model Car Group, Motormax and Welly.
We aim to make buying from us easy and enjoyable. Our online store is designed to be customer friendly, but should you have any queries either before, during or after making your purchase, we're here to help, either by email, phone or if you prefer, self-help with our comprehensive FAQ's.
Behind the scenes, we'll work tirelessly to get your order out on time with all in-stock items despatched within one working day. And, we won't skimp on the packaging either, using quality materials - mostly recycled or recyclable - so that your model has the best chance of reaching you in the same perfect condition as it leaves us.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review of your purchase, and I would like to take this opportunity to address the points that you have raised.
With regards to the size of the model; all descriptions have the measurements, or the length at the very least, in the Specification section of the Description. However, we appreciate that products can look different in real life as opposed to a photo, and we do offer a 30-day returns policy should any customer not be happy with their purchase or simply has a change of mind.
As for postage, I appreciate that this is a bone of contention for many, but I believe that our rates offer very good value and are favourable with our competitors. Whilst we may be just a few pence higher than some, we are around a pound cheaper than others. Plus, we offer just one fixed price per level of service regardless of order value up to £75 or weight, unlike many of our competitors, and we will never ask customers to pay more after placing their order because the package weighs more than we had bargained for.
I should also point out that all are deliveries are fully tracked with delivery timeslots provided, and Standard delivery is free on orders over £75.
I hope that this helps explain without getting bogged down with facts and figures.
