Dinners are well thought out and very good. Delivery is always prompt, portions are generous. I know prices are going up but sill seems a good value.

I like the recipe

I like the recipe a lot, however I do think it's overpriced. I can easily buy the same items for 1/4 of the price. Also with that being said they will swap out items and you just gotta go with it. Ex: Fontina cheese swapped with cheddar. Like come on... Cheddar is significantly cheaper than Fontina cheese.

We really appreciate the affordability…

We really appreciate the affordability and flexibility in what we order. The meals are almost always good. I think we only have 2, "don't order that again" meals.

We have even added a 5th meal to some of our weeks because we love the meals and saving money on going out!

I like that all meal ingredients are…provided

I like that all meal ingredients are mostly provided. It requires bit more cooking than I can do because of health. Some of stuff was damaged. Overall food was very good

I found the meals to be very delicious

I found the meals to be very delicious! They are way to make and some thing I would probably make again
I've had a few issues recently:
-receiving and open package of chicken, which was provided a voucher immediately upon bringing up my concern
- and a free gift (wooden spoon) cracked after one use, and I didn't receive another free gift (spatula)
All in all, good food, delivery process keeps food cold (even after a 1 day shipping delay), perfect for small families who like to cook

When my box arrives on time and fresh

When my box arrives on time and fresh, it's great. My last box arrived 3 days late with the ice pack totally melted. Had to throw everything out

This meal service is terrible!!

This meal service is terrible!!! The instructions were so bad and you can't find anything when using your phone. I didn't even see the meal choices and must have pressed the wrong button and all of a sudden I was charged and couldn't figure out how to cancel. When I went to cancel, they are only open on weekdays so it was too late. Very upset and will throw out the food.

Disappointment after disappointment

I’ve received boxes with incorrect items on multiple ocasions, to the point where half the time I don’t vither to report it anymore. Just as often I’ve received crushed or moldy produce and 90% of the time the recipe cards are missing, which I’ve reported over and over and over with terribly disappointing results.
The customer service is a joke because when I’ve reported multiple missing items for one meal that present me from making an edible dish, they won’t refund the full meal bc I am then expected to go to the market to purchase missing items, which I can’t always do and detesta the entire purpose of using this service.

Paid for an order I did not place, refused a refund

I was interested in seeing what Dinnerly had to offer. In order to see the meal options you must start an account and enter all your information upfront, including payment method. Having used other food services, I knew this was standard practice. I need premade meals, and decide this service was not for me. I immediately deactivated my account without placing an order. I was then charged and a box delivered. I called to have the charge refunded and they refused. DO NOT even go to their website. You will be forced to enter your payment information and receive your first order.

Two weeks in a row with bad chicken

Two weeks in a row with chicken. I opened the box to chicken juice all over the contents of the box. Had to throw most of the box in the garbage. Last week when I opened the chicken it smelled like it had spoiled. Had to throw it out.

Never Fresh

Not the best for meals. They don’t have a lot of options especially if you’re looking for seafood and steak options… The deliveries are NEVER fresh, every delivery was expired meat.. Not to mention their customer service is HORRENDOUS!!! Good luck trying to get ahold of any agent. (Their chat box needs upgraded, always loosing them and then trying to go back into chat and would say, “one person ahead of you” but you were that person!) I don’t suggest.

First week delayed due to snow..ok…

First week delayed due to snow..ok showed up late had to throw almost everything out and was missing ingredients. They did comp me for it then again late, no reason told to throw out meat, comped again, this box was a no show.......got one delivery only 2 days late and missing ingredients, the comp box showed up and missing ingredients not once got recipe cards which I can see you can opt out of which I didn't. It would be a great service if on time and not missing main ingredients for every delivery. Cancelled

Overall, by far the worst of the subscriptions. It is much cheaper to get Walmart+ and do delivery
