Dinners are well thought out and very good. Delivery is always prompt, portions are generous. I know prices are going up but sill seems a good value.
We really appreciate the affordability and flexibility in what we order. The meals are almost always good. I think we only have 2, "don't order that again" meals. We have even added a 5th meal to... Voir plus

I like that the recipes give me variety, sometimes I'm surprised by how much I like one. I feel like there is an overuse of peas, corn, broccoli, and that there often isn't a lot of transformation of those ingredients. Especially the recipes that just include a veg on the plate. Twice now I have received a partial ingredients for a dish, or expected to receive ingredients because I got the recipe but none of the ingredients. Almost every box I get the meat packages are leaking, which is a huge hassle. I don't feel like a $3 credit is enough for the errors. I like that I can order other components, other grocery items if I need. I do need MORE variety, still. I don't like that I'm being charged $11 for shipping every week.

I like the meals…however they are very often missing ingredients. The variety is pretty good, although I would like to see more interesting meals. Too much broccoli as a vegetable! Please be your fulfillment better or eventually I’ll give up. Customer service is good

Good food and a very reasonable price. You may find that you need to add spices as most foods are palatable for a wide variety of tastes, so they're not highly seasoned. I've only a single cucumber delivered that had gone bad (frozen) and they credited me immediately. Overall a solid meal delivery choice.
Great selection of menus, quality ingredients, excellent pricing, convenient.
The delivery Co is the worst. But this last order was never sent to the delivery Co. Sometimes my order doesn't arrive until very late in the day. I cannot seem to be able to find a phone number to talk to any at Dinnerly. Very frustrating and I Am looking at other Companies

Recipes great. Veggies are a little beat up and shipping company is too rough on contents. I often have damaged items. This week the balsamic vinaigrette was broken open and all over everything. Several times the meat has been leaking which is worrisome. I’ve moved to every other week until shipping situation improves. Otherwise I’d give you a 5.
Longtime customer- overall decent menu choice for diversity of tastes. Ingredient quality is inconsistent and produce arrives damaged too often. Customer service is good snd app, etc is easy to use.

The meals have been great and I love the add-ons, nevermind that they give the option to fill your order just from the marketplace. Also when there has been an ingredient missing, credit has been easily provided. Delivery too late at night was an issue at the start, but has been rectified.
After thinking about choosing one of these companies i went ahead and started a new account. After realizing that it was way to pricey i tried to cancel it 30 seconds after i started an order. They said it was too late to cancel. I would be forced to buy the box. Never again will i deal with such a dishonest company. Sending 6 meals total that came in the box. These meals will barely feed on person let alone two adults. The ingredients dont look terrible but theres just not enough of them.

The planned meals, when the correct ingredients arrive intact, are mostly delicious. However, we have recently had multiple deliveries that were missing key ingredients or did not deliver the recipes that we selected. This has caused us to improvise or use the included ingredients in a creative way that was not planned. We also had one delivery where the included ingredients had completely spoiled.

Continuous lies about cancellation requirements. They continue to charge after account deletion. Menu ingredients do not include a full list which may be a problem for people with allergies.

My experience was average. Some of the food was good, some not so much, and it was cold besides. If you're looking for a budget-friendly meal, you won't make a mistake here, but don't expect a high standard.

customer service is the worst I have ever experienced,I tried to cancel my subscription because meals were repetitive and and not that good,after 6 attempts to cancel,they kept billing my debit card ,I finally ended up changing my debit card .

My experience with Dinnerly was decent but had some ups and downs. The meals were simple and budget friendly, but a few recipes felt a bit bland or repetitive. Overall, it's okay for easy, quick dinners, but not exceptional.

The food is fine - the recipes are mostly good, at least from what I could experience in the first two weeks. The main problem is customer service. I am very unhappy with how my delivery problem was handled. Speaking to someone on the phone is very difficult. The first time I complained, I received an apology and not much more explanation. The problem happened again in the second week. This time, the person I chatted with seemed more interested in debating the information I shared than in solving the problem (the problem was that the box was not being delivered to my door on the second floor of an apartment, even though I had shared the gate code). If they had solved the problem, I would have been fine - I don't care about what happened in the first two weeks, just want to make sure that it won't happen again. The experience was bad enough that I lost trust.

I’m impressed with the quality of food and the recipe. There is a nice variety of flavor profiles. The directions are clear and easy to follow. I’ve had a few issues with their delivery service. There are times when inquiries to customer service go unanswered.
Love the options, the food has all been delicious, and the delivery gets there on my schedule, which I appreciate. I have a changing work and social schedule, which means I don't always have time or opportunity to cook. So I really appreciate the easy way it is set up to pause and restart the plan. It's been so nice not to stress about that.
