Terrible I bought fruit trees but never received them they sent me a shrub and promised to send the rest by December This is my ref#1385057
They don’t answer email or phone calls.Am not sure what to do now.

Really happy with the plants. It is the second time I have used this company good healthy plants, packaged well and delivered on time.

The stem looks strong and heathy but the leaves appear to be very dry, not like our 20 years old climbing Hydranger which is always covered in large green leaves. Maybe it just needs planting out?

Really prompt delivery and the tree I bought was a very substantial plant. Very happy and will be looking to buy more in spring

Purchase and delivery were both fine. But we were disappointed that the tree had had is leader cut - this shouldn't have happened because one wants to choose what height one wants to grow it to, and to shape one's own tree. Basically, too snip-happy!

I am new to gardening, I emailed for advice and received a detailed reply. The shrubs and tree all look good quality to me. The only negative is my order was only partly delivered, direct plants did get in touch with the courier, and I did receive the rest of my order a couple of days later, happy with my purchase

Healthy plants delivered although 3 or 4 had no roots.
Free shrub was not worth £10 but its free and not expected.

Lacking communication on what I should be receiving and when, left it for the courier to try and sort.

Plant quality and prices excellent. Worth five stars but slightly let down by odd delivery experience. Order was split for some reason, part with APC no issues. The other with DX who said Thursday delivery but didn't and then tried Friday but as we were out of is not leave as they said signature required??!!!. Tried contacting DX. Via telephone, chat bot email, waste of 40 mins no human response or any other. So forced to organise redelivery for Monday with note left on door saying please leave in porch. Which they did. Just a concern as we are dealing with live plants.

Plant well packaged but this is no good if the delivery company is bad. In this case my plant was in a box marked clearly which way up. The delivery driver seemed well aware of this and care was taken by him. Consequently the box was undamaged and the plant in good condition apart from the breaking of one small branch. Well done! Looking forward to the Spring.

Not delivered on the day promised, even though delivery instructions noted when ordered. Courier said they had tried to deliver when they definitely had not. Contacted customer support and disappointingly no response

Told me what to expect n when n delivered accordingly.
