The software is easy to use and helps us in organizing and managing our contract documents.

The Docue platform is absolutely brilliant - detailed and up to the minute legal documentation across all areas. It's easy to use, terrific value for money and f the highest quality. What really pleased me was the quality of the Customer service and willingness to help which is rare, In particular Hahhah was absolutely outstanding and couldn't have been more helpful. I signed up for the online legal template service but didn't expect to have a personal virtual meeting as an introduction, to show how the system works. Also having a dedicated contact to contact should help be required is much appreciated. The system seems very intuitive, even if I made a mistake on my first document. Hannah, our contact, was kind enough to add another credit to our account to compensate my error. Service has exceeded expectations.

They tie you into annual contracts but make the pricing look like it's monthly – deliberately. Awful practice.

Great product and great support

I subscribed to the platform for creating contracts. To get started, I was offered an onboarding meeting, which provided an excellent introduction to all the platform's features. The document templates are straightforward to use and consider the local law.

The monthly pricing wasn't clear it is actually an annual commitment but paid monthly.

When I tried to explain this to them, told to read the terms and conditions, that weren't clear to start with.

As good as a scam.
