They took £360 from my account after weeks of ignoring me. Awful clunky tool and misleading marketing. I thought I had signed up to monthly payments but it is a 12 month contract. They are ignoring my email to pay off the amount in one go. Avoid at all costs. Also says £39 a month but is actually taking £46.80 monthly!!!

Es ist alles ein wenig undurchsichtig
Es ist ein undurchsichtiges Preismodell, man kommt sehr schnell an die Preisgrenzen und muss dann nachbuchen. Vieles funktioniert noch nicht.

Disqualifikation durch Inkasso. Der Dienst selbst ist ja in Ordnung und hat auch was man braucht.
Wer aber im Jahr 2024 immer noch auf "Ja aber wenn nicht gezahlt wird schicken wir ein Inkasso" setzt wird sich dadurch keine Freunde machen. Ist international einfach nicht haltbar (man stelle sich vor Netflix würde das tun).
Deswegen 1 Sterne Bewertung und für die Zukunft such ich mir einen anderen Dienst.

Misleading marketing
I subscriped to a monthly subscription, but after payment, I figured out it is a yearly subscription. The marketin is very misleading nd you cannot exercise your right for refund even in the first 14 days if you have finalized even one document.

Cooling off periods also don't apply to business to business (B2B) agreements, because these aren't covered by consumer rights laws.

Amazing for Small Businesses & Startups
The services provided by Docue have been fantastic and have significantly impacted our business by enabling us to save time drafting contracts, agreements and a wide range of legal documents.
Docue's "send for signing" feature has also been a huge time save for us allow our team to quickly obtained signatures and signed documents.
A fantastic tool for small to medium sizes businesses and startups alike.
Final notes; customer support has always been great, the interface is simple and it's amazing that the documents are based in UK law.

Breach of The Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008
This product was bought for HiddenCity Limited in the UK in June 2024. We thought we were signing up to a monthly subscription, not an annual subscription.
We feel Docue's presentation of pricing misled us because whilst it does say 'annual subscription' in small writing, and thus technically is accurate, it did not make it visually clear that we were signing up to an annual subscription. Further, we were not told in the sales process the total cost we were committing to.
We contacted Docue and they refused to cancel the subscription.
We view Docue's advertising may fall foul of UK legislation, specifically the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008:
"3. (2) Advertising is misleading which— in any way, including its presentation, deceives or is likely to deceive the traders to whom it is addressed or whom it reaches; and by reason of its deceptive nature, is likely to affect their economic behaviour”

Excellent service with great features!
I've been using Docue for a couple of days now and I've found it incredibly useful for clarifying our company's legal approach and drafting documents using their templates and thoughtful prompts. Their Legal Hub information is particularly useful for gaining insight into how certain legal documents are structured, what they cover and don't cover, and how they can be implemented. Docue has saved us thousands of pounds whilst providing the assurance that I haven't missed anything!

Gut Durchdachte Platform mit fairen Preisen

Misleading pricing
I got misled about pricing. I chose monthly payments, but they claimed that I accepted monthly payments with an annual commitment. It seems like I'm not the only person who misinterpreted the pricing.
I wrote to support, but they were not helpful; they kept repeating, "You have accepted our terms." They are trying to make a quick buck by misleading people. The templates the service provides are not worth the money either. A real lawyer would be cheaper.

A real lawyer will be much much cheaper
They bill you for the whole year (even on a monthly plan) and you cannot cancel. Get a real lawyer, it'll be less work AND cheaper. Or use another product.

I signed up to docue and used it for…
I signed up to docue and used it for one agreement, I then cancelled which was quite possibly the worst experience, they kept emailing me asking why I'd like to cancel while keeping my account active, 5 months later, I had to report it to my bank, cancel my card and order a new card... AND I STILL get a ton of emails from docue every month telling me they tried my card. Terrible company, think twice if using your main bank card.

Docue is a great platform for small…
Docue is a great platform for small businesses like mine. I work with global clients and the ability to set up and document agreements and contracts so easily is a massive time-saver. Like all platforms it takes a bit of practice, but now I'm more familiar with it I think its fab! I got brilliant support from Minnie and Petra that helped me see where I'd gone wrong and how to fix it. I think the platform is great and the people have been wonderfully helpful.

Docue is fantastic
Docue is fantastic and exactly what I was looking for when it came to creating documents like my companies Terms and Conditions and Policies.. It was so easy to use and complete without any assistance or fuss. The support was also great whenever I had any question and they got to me so quickly as well. I would definitely recommend

Exactly what I needed
Exactly what I needed! The legal documents are really high quality and the user interface makes everything really so simple to fill out. Always hated trying to draft contracts for clients but this has been a game-changer. Customer service is also excellent, really responsive. Highly recommend.

Got mislead into 12 month subscription
Got mislead into 12 month subscription, and customer service was not helpful at all. I do not recommend this at all, there are other better alternatives that do not lock you in for 12 months, with better value.
