Docue is honestly a fantastic service. For a while I have been struggling with expensive legal fees whilst running my business. I've regularly needed new documentation for different projects, including things like Ts & Cs and Privacy Policies etc. I came across Docue when searching for a cost-effective way to get all these documents and I can honestly say it's been superb. They've got customisable templates for almost every scenario you can think of and they all written and regularly updated by solicitors. Their support is awesome also. Whenever I have had a question, they have got back to me within an hour or so and they ask questions to their solicitors directly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

They trick people into buying a 12 month contract. Customer service tries everything they can to try to promote value about the really expensive service they charge. Highly recommend looking at other alternative software, with cheaper pricing, no 12 month contract and with a proper customer service

Can't cancel subscription and got billed after a falsely confirmed cancellation. Fraud.

Deliberately mislead on pricing. See other reviews - they offer pay monthly but lock you into an annual contract. Which is ok if they make at least some effort to inform you of the annual obligation other than a font size 4 asterisk comment.

Subscription plan is intentionally deceptive locking you into 12 months regardless of whether you select 'monthly' or 'annual' payments. Won't let you cancel until the 12 month term is up.

The product is essentially a Google Docs clone with basic legal templates. How this could justify even the cheapest plan is a mystery to me.
