The tool is really simple to use. I have had some issues with saving the changes to contract templates.

Clear and fast service. The briefs are easy to catch, and there is no need for repairs.

Asiakaspalvelu on aina varsin nopeaa, asiantuntevaa ja ystävällistä. Matalalla kynnyksellä tulee laitettua Docuen asiakaspalveluun viestiä, koska tietää, että saa nopeasti selvyyden johonkin itseä askarruttavaan asiaan. :-)

I was looking for a contract creation tool that enabled contracts to be created from a contractor/freelancer perspective rather than the hiring company. Docue was exactly what I was looking for and easy to use. The onboarding team (Hannah) were also friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

En ollut edes kuullut koko palvelusta. Sen vuoksi vaikea arvioida. Kävin katsomassa että mitä palvelu pitää sisällään. Periaatteessa saattaisin tarvita tuollaista välillä. Nyt koska Foreca on muuttanut Finder palvelun maksulliseksi.

Loistava palvelu josta löytyy todella laajasti juristien laatimia sopimusdokumenttipohjia erilaisiin tarpeisiin ja tilanteisiin.
Myös tyytyväinen palveluun mikä alkukäyttöönotossa Docuen puolesta otettiin yhteyttä ja tarjottiin.

I initially signed up for Docue to help a friend draft a contract, thinking it was a quick trial, but it’s turned into a nightmare. As an Amazon seller, I have zero use for a legal document service, and I thought I canceled the trial right away. Fast forward, and I find myself locked into a ridiculous 12-month subscription at £46.80 per month for a service I’ll never use.

When I reached out to explain that this was an error, their response was laughable: an email offering to show me how I could use Docue. Use it how? I sell products online – I don’t need complex legal documents! It’s obvious they’re not concerned about customer experience, just about trapping people in costly subscriptions they can’t escape. If I stop paying, I’ll be sent to collections – effectively holding my finances hostage for a service that has no value to me whatsoever.

Avoid Docue like the plague unless you want to end up paying through the nose for something completely irrelevant and getting absolutely no support to cancel it. Honestly, it feels like a scam at this point.

Docue is a great tool for contract management and processes. The onboarding was quick and we got all the support we needed. There are lots of templates and there is flexibility to suit our specific requirements.

The service is friendly and fast, with up-to-date contract templates available for drafting different business agreements. The support from lawyers for creating contracts is especially valuable for entrepreneurs whose expertise doesn’t lie in drafting contracts. A downside of the service is that the monthly payment is not possible. If you don’t have a constant need for contract drafting, the service can become slightly costly.

With Docue, creating contracts and meeting minutes is incredibly easy. The service runs smoothly, the platform is user-friendly, and the visual design is clean and appealing. Customer service is quick, polite, and professional. I've been using Docue for three years and am very satisfied. I've also ordered some customized templates, which, given the efficiency they bring to our business, are quite reasonably priced.

Everything went great. The customer service was fast and friendly. I received instructions proactively, so I felt that I was being heard.

So misleading - You cannot just pay for one month and cancel - it will end up an annual contract. Docue signs up to an annual commitment at a higher price if you select "monthly commitment"

Hyviä asiakirjanpohjia. Asiakirjojen käytettävyys on parantunut. On myös helppo allekirjoituttaa omia asiakirjoja.
Olisi hyvä jos allekirjoittajista olisi rekisteri mihin saa tallentaa asiakkaan nimen ja sähköpostiosoitteen.
Olsii myös hyvä, jos perustitoihin voisi merkitä, että ensisijainen valinta allekirjottamiseen olisi vahva tunnistautuminen pankkitunnuksilla.

User-friendly service for legal docs, e-sign and storage. Highly recommended.

This company employs deceptive practices, burying crucial terms and conditions in fine print that customers rarely comprehend fully. They exploit this lack of understanding to execute unauthorized auto-renewals, even when subscriptions are explicitly cancelled. Despite multiple cancellation attempts—including one just a week after initial signup—no confirmation receipts are provided and the account plus auto-renewal remains active, leaving customers vulnerable to continued charges.

The company's tactics are further compounded by their failure to notify customers of impending renewals through email or other reminders. When confronted, they hide behind convoluted terms and conditions, refusing to issue refunds and effectively trapping customers in unwanted financial commitments.

I strongly advise against engaging with this company. Their business practices are not only unethical but potentially illegal, particularly within the EU and UK regulatory frameworks. As a result of their egregious conduct, I am considering legal action to challenge their operations and protect consumer rights.

Potential customers should be warned: involvement with this company is likely to result in financial loss and significant frustration. Their behavior represents a clear violation of consumer trust and possibly consumer protection laws with no genuine way to cancel a subscription, i have even screen recorded each time and still my account is active!

Docue on erittäin helppokäyttöinen ja todella monipuolinen. Asiakirjapohjat ja apu löytyvät helposti tilanteeseen kuin tilanteeseen. Arvostan myös sitä, että asiakirjat jäävät talteen ja ne löytyvät tarvittaessa helposti yhdestä paikasta.

These guys sneakily add yearly renewal and charged my card without knowing. Despite requesting to not renew and refund, there is still no response for weeks. Terrible desperate attempt to selling
