Absolute cowboys, tried on a brand new dress . Nasty cheap material , cheap (ordered through Silk Fred) received the dress back with some crappy photocopied note, saying I haven't met the criteria. No photo proof nothing..... looking at other reviews they do this alot. No one likes dishonest and businesses that act in a fraudulent way.Unlucky for them I am qualified in Law they are clearly not. Miss Yeomon Emily Cheung clearly you do not understand the laws of the UK .Look bad on Silk Fred too that they associate with this business. Currently you have been reported to Trading Standards and the Local Council within the borough of your "Fake registered office", also the Insolvency Service, the FCA and Action Fraud.

I ordered a jumpsuit via Debenhams and returned it in perfect condition without touching the ribbon and without having worn it. To my surprise, the clothing was returned to me a couple of days later with a note listing 6 generic reasons as to why they are unable to process my refund, one of the reasons being I should try the shoes on indoors. I ordered a jumpsuit! What has shoes got to do with the item. I will never be ordering from such a sham of a company again. Whoever is considering ordering from Double Second I strongly advise you don’t. Waste of time money and effort

Not a great company to order from. I returned an item that wasn't taken out of bag and they said I'd returned it with a stain on it so I could not be refunded.
I contacted them numerous times but they would not refund. So now stuck with a bill for a dress I don't want.

I had to get in touch with customer service regarding a problem I encountered with a beautiful dress I had ordered, the fault being my own. I have to say Isabel who dealt with my request was amazing and is a credit to the company. Thank you Isabel

Amazing customer service from MInhee! This is an example of what good customer service should be like. We communicated via email, the replies we concise and clear. I cannot fault the returns process. I will definitely order from here again with the reassurance that if the product isn’t right I can return for a n exchange or refund that is made easy with the Fabtastic communication! Thank you minhee, keep being awesome it really does make the experience faultless.

I had an issue with the delivery of my item I ordered from double second. I payed for next day delivery which I did not get. Contacted Royal mail who was not helpful at all in anyway. I contacted a double Second directly they got back to me within a couple of hours assuring me they had dispatched my item. They would keep an eye on the delivery and offered me the delivery charge refund. Minhee was so hopefully keeping me up to date making sure I got the delivery charge back. Yes things go wrong puts what is done to put it right for me. My coat did arrive on the Saturday and not the Friday which I wanted it for my night out. I have wore it. Looks fab and is warm. Would recommend. Thank you so much Minhee for all your help and service. Ever got a problem please don't be afraid to contact double second who are really helpful. I would purchase items again in the future. Thanks again. Kind Regards

Absolutely loving my new dress! As a new mom, I recently had a special date night with my husband, and I ordered a stunning dress from Double Second. It fit like a dream, and the quality of the fabric is simply outstanding. I don’t usually write reviews, but I was so thrilled with how the dress hugged my figure and felt like it was from a high-end brand. Huge thanks to the team at Double Second!

My order from Double Second arrived a day earlier than promised. Unfortunately, the colour of the article of clothing did not suit me so I hand delivered my return parcel back to their office in Greenwich a few days later when I was greeted by Isabel, with whom I had previously communicated by e-mail regarding my return item. She was very efficient, resulting in me receiving my refund the very next day.

I bought two winter jackets for my daughter and a beautiful red dress & a pant for my daughter-in-law. Sizes were perfect for both of them and they really loved the items. The red dress was absolutely stunning. Lovely collection of clothing and great customer service! Well done Double Second 👍🏽

Only give 1 star as I can't give a zero. Stay away from this company.
Sent item back in the same inferior packet it came and was told no refund as it has pet hair on it, I do not have pets.
Have challenged this through Debenhams and no joy. Maybe Debenhams need to look at who they sell for.
I'm disgusted in this and am shutting my Debenhams account and will never deal with either of these 2 companies again.
Seems I'm not the only one that this has happened to.

Take photos of your items before you return them. I failed to do this and had an item sent back because it was received with stains on. It clearly wasn't worn as all the 'do not remove' ribbons were still attached. It was only tried on once but I can't prove I returned it in the same condition it was received. Now stuck with an item I don't want - having to get it dry cleaned so I can sell it on. Not happy at all and won't order from them again.

I was experiencing real difficulties getting a refund out of Debenhams who were not willing to help me. I sent the wrong package to double2nd and they were very helpful at sending onto the correct place. I couldn’t be more thankful thank you so much. Excellent customer service.
