Great customer service, always lovely to chat. Everyone went above and beyond to fulfill my requests for customized bandanas. All bandanas are comfy and easy to wash. The onesies, shirts and sweaters are super cute, very well done, made with good material and a perfect fit for our two Shar Pei. They hardly want to take them off :o) Shipping (to Germany) is super fast. Orders are carefully and nicely packed and there’s even a special treat for the pups. Thank you so much, you’re the best!

Great quality and a service that was true to the promise made

Exceptional service and quality. From start to finish the buying experience was top tier. Easy website to navigate. The sizing guides were spot on. Shipped super quickly and received it the next day. Lads, the quality of the jersey is excellent, lovely and soft, not a stitch out of place, the inside seams lay flat so aren’t scaldy and uncomfortable. Even down to the packaging it came in, and the extra little treats, the attention to detail is unmatched. Biggie has also conducted a wear test, and is happy to report it’s comfortable enough that he can run around and it doesn’t impede him in anyway.
