Best hair brush I’ve ever owned. I have curly/frizzy hair and gets quite tangled this hair brush glides straight through and doesn’t pull. Really helped get my hair in better condition 100% recommend

The best hair brush I have ever used ! Hair feels in amazing condition . I have also brought these brushes as gifts for friends and family and they share my opinion.
I have naturally notty hair and used to despise brushing my hair. This brush makes getting nots out easy and painless

Absolutely amazing brush
Absolutely amazing brush. I initially got this brush to use on my old hair extensions however since having them out I use it on my natural hair too and it’s wonderful.

The BEST hairbrush going!!
The BEST hairbrush going. Keeps my natural hair and my extensions feeling so soft. Doesn’t pull but untangles perfectly!! Been using it for over a year now and I wouldn’t use anything else.

Good morning Jayne
I’m so sorry this has happened to you.
I looked into your issue and became aware that when your order was taken to the local drop off shop on Feb 14th to be dispatched along with 3 other orders, Unfortunately there had been some issues within the drop off point, whereby the items left with the till operator have not been scanned and somehow been misplaced or stolen along with many other orders in house.
They have apologised for the misplaced items but cannot retrieve them and have assured me the problem has been rectified so this doesn’t happen again
I re- sent all orders along with yours on the 29th feb with a free gift for the issues you have had.
I can only apologise for the inconvenience caused
I’m a small business owner and appreciate everyone that supports me so I feel awful that this has happened to you as I never want any customers to go through this.

Hi Sam, We have checked our systems and have confirmation that the item was delivered on 4.10.2023. We have also checked and a shipment delivery email was also sent to you on 4.10.23 at 22.28. Please check your emails to see if they delivered to a neighbour?

I placed an order on the 21st, still haven't received it. No updates on the courier website. I have emailed, called number provided on website and sent Instagram messages and no responses to any of them. I am in the process of trying to get a refund from credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
