Impossible de changer la réservation
Réservation simple et tarif compétitif. Par contre, j’avais fait une erreur lors de ma réservation, j’ai mis Londres Heathrow à la place de Londres Gatewick. Et je m’en suis rendu compte, malheureusement que quelques heures avant de récupérer la voiture. J’ai essayé de changer le pick up and drop off. Impossible. J’appelle le service client il me dise qu’il faut annuler et je perds donc le prix de la réservation. Je trouve cela pas normal de ne pouvoir pas pouvoir changer le pick up et drop off étant donné que c’est dans le même pays. Pas de gestes commercial. Rien. Je ne recommande donc pas cette compagnie. Même si l’erreur vient de ma part, il aurait pu faire un geste et modifier ma reservation. Même si il y avait eu des frais additionnel je les aurais payé. Mais aucune solution n’est proposé.

The pickup and drop-off airports are part of the booking conditions, so changing them isn’t treated as a small edit — it can change the supplier, the local rules, and the rate. Once you’re that close to collection, the system often can only offer cancellation and a new reservation. That makes losing the original price feel especially rough, even when you were willing to pay the difference.
