J’ai réservé une voiture sur Economy…
J’ai réservé une voiture sur Economy Booking pour récupérer le véhicule dans l’agence Budget Dublin Airport.
Arrivé là-bas, ma réservation avait était annulé sans me prévenir, au moment ou j’attendais pour récupérer le véhicule.
Je me suis retrouvé sans véhicule à la dernière minute et j’ai dû louer une voiture à un prix du double de ce que j’avais réservé, directement à l’agence.
Je ne recommande clairement pas ce site qui laisse les gens sans solution et sans prévenir.

Arriving at Budget Dublin Airport to find the reservation had already been cancelled, then having to take another car at twice the price, is a hard way to start a trip. If the booking was marked cancelled before pickup, the desk will usually only see it as unavailable at that point, which is why these cases need the supplier record checked against the booking terms. If this is still unresolved, do drop a line to community@bookinggroup.com with your booking number, the Budget invoice, and any message showing the cancellation or lack of notice — the team can look at the specifics properly.
