No one is talking about their modelling for the scarves? It’s genuinely so hilarious, me and my mum were laughing for aaaages🤣
That’s all I actually wanted to say, I havnt ordered anything from here but I gather from what people r saying, it’s not great… so I think the one star review is warranted, it can pass as on the behalf of everyone else who didn’t get their packages when they should’ve.
It’s also defo not cool for them to be saying they r based in Scotland ect when they clearly rnt…😕

I ordered a scarf on 7 September 2024 and it never arrived. Tried emailing with no answer. Tried phoning and only ever got through to a voicemail. I presumed this company was a scam and so reported as such. After another 2 weeks I had a phone call out of the blue saying the item had been sent, however it was sent to the wrong address and only by untracked 2nd class post. They therefore sent another which did arrive so I now have the item. However; sending such an item 2nd class with no tracking is very poor. Not replying to emails asking where an item is is very poor and not having someone to answer the phone is also very poor. 2 stars because I actually received the item albeit 6 weeks late and a month after the birthday the present was for.

I ordered two stoles on 08/25/2023 (order #1101) that should have been delivered within a week, but I never received them. The only response I have received from Edinburgh Cashmere customer service is that they had a problem with the delivery company. Two months have passed since then and I haven't got any solution, a new delivery, refunded or merely an answer to my email. I have lost the opportunity for the gift I was going to give, and my money. My conclusion can only be that I have been scammed.

SCAM ALERT - Item never arrived.

I made my order 9 days before the Christmas's eve, hoping the package may come within 7 working days as written in their website. However it has been more than 2 weeks already. I contacted the company twice but just silence responses me. I have come to this website since I started investigating if their commerce website is a scam. The company just emailed me the receipt, did not have any information relating to the list of orders, or package delivery links. Bad experience!

I tried to contact them several times via E-Mail and their instagram account! They don't reply! To me it is a scam! If you don't provide a customer service something is off! This is a huge flag for me!

I have ordered a wrap as a Christmas present. 9 days after ordering I have received no information about despatch. I have enquired by email, but they have not replied. Phone calls go to the EE message service. I do not recommend this firm and I shall never use them again. I am beginning to wonder if it is a scam.

It is sad what this company is doing. Awful rude communication, products "designed" in Scotland, but not by them... and made in China. And if you try to raise your voice owner or people around him will start threatening you. Avoid them

I’m so impressed with the service from Edinburgh cashmere, I bought a DC check stole for my mother as Christmas present, she absolutely loves it, she really likes the softness of it and the design. I got a free next day delivery, really happy with all the service will definitely recommend to anyone.

Beautiful scarf and lovely packaging. I’ve ordered the Red check lambswool scarf. This scarf is exactly what I wanted. I will be ordering another one for my daughter. This is the only Edinburgh Cashmere! Thank you!
