I bought this as a present for my aunty that due to the chemotherapy was felling cold at home and the size was too small to cover her enough. I tried to return it filling the form on their website and after days I had not response, I emailed them and they replied asking what is wrong with it. Then I replied and they never replied back, I emailed again and they are still ghosting me. They are a horrible company and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Received my order today. Absolutely beautiful Scarf. Really pleased with the quality and service was extremely good. Will definitely purchase again from this company. Thank you DC for an excellent service.

No customer service at all - have emailed multiple times and called. Trying to organise a return and refund as the imagery is hugely misleading on the size of the scarf. I wish I had read the trustpilot reviews that this company was a scam to save wasting £80! The 1 star goes to the fact the item arrived the next day after ordering.

Shocking customer service. Apart from confirmation of payment, telling me to sit back and relax while they prep for delivery, I heard nothing. After a few days I emailed the company only to be told the item had been delivered 2 days after I ordered. At this point, they provided me with a tracking number to show delivery. I checked the tracking number and yes it had been delivered but the picture attached was not my door. I emailed the company to highlight the issue, NO RESPONSE. I emailed again asking for an update, again NO RESPONSE. Edinburgh Cashmere had dropped correspondents. They took no ownership and no responsibility. I was left to walk the streets in search of the door in the picture. Long story cut short, the item had been delivered to door number 7 and not 31. Please do not waste your time with this company, I would not recommend as there service is shocking.

Ordered on Saturday for next day delivery, paid £12, no confirmation email, no one answering the phone, WhatsApp, email and online message to no avail! Wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing! Absolute scam!!

Bit of a mess up with the delivery but once I phoned it was sorted out and a new one sent next day delivery. :)

truly terrible customer service experience from start to finish. I ordered a scarf for a retirement gift with the £12 24hr delivery service. It didn’t arrive and no tracking info was provided. It then went beyond a week with no further communication, missing the retrial party. I had been calling the shop, to be sent to voicemail 3x times. the first time i managed to get them on the phone, the guy was clueless and said it had never been dispatched. the second time, the manager said the first guy ‘must be new’ and that it HAD been dispatched but was ‘lost’. I had asked several times for confirmation of a refund, and only got one after a long argument with them on the phone. I eventually got an email from i assume the manager which was addressed ‘hello dear’ with emojis. I eventually got a refund, but i’m not convinced they would have ever actioned anything had i not resorted to being a karen.

I rang them to ask if they did a smilar pattern to a Burberry scarf and the man was really abrupt and said we don't sell Burberry. I explained that I just wanted to know if they did a smilar pattern to Burberry and he repeated the same thing again and put the phone down on me. I won't be buying from them if that's an introduction to how they behave towards customers. Avoid if you want good customer service.

This company is a scam. I wish I had read the reviews more carefully.
There's no customer service at all. I have sent two emails and tried calling them.
The scarf sent is coarse and not the quality expected. I would like to have it refunded but the company refuses to respond to my emails.
I would not recommend buying from them at all. Shame on them. They are not based in Edinburgh, they are operating from an office somewhere in Europe. Don't fall for it
