Scott and will rescued us in the awful rain from the sliproad motorway and saved our holiday. Thank you so much guys

My car was collected on Saturday 22 August following an accident. I was told it would be delivered to the repair garage on Monday, but this was repeatedly delayed.

I called on Tuesday, Thursday and again on Friday, and each time I was given a different explanation/date. Today I was told it would not be transported until next week because they had other emergencies to deal with.

I understand emergencies need to be prioritised, but after almost a week, my car still hasn’t even reached the repair garage. The repeated delays and lack of clear communication have been extremely frustrating.

I hope the car is finally delivered next week without any further delays.

Egertons, specifically Scott, who saved the day/evening when I locked my car keys in my boot. Initial attempts were thwarted when he managed to release the car door locks and the car deadlocked but not to be outdone he persevered for over an hour and eventually retrieved the keys through a rear passenger window. The actual method was ingenious but a state secret! Thank you Scott you’re a star!

Trying to get my trailer back from Egertons is a nightmare. They either have no staff or too busy to care ar no vehicles and they do not believe in keeping to their contractual agreements with Green Flag 3-5 days to return vehicle from recovery. They said they would return it on friday they did not , no phone call. They have now said it might be Monday relayed to me by Green Flag. They are a joke.

21/6/26 broke down at Brampton Brilliant service, normal wait time, was informed how long with up dates to pick up our campervan, no hassle, driver just got on with it after everything was safe, loaded up,
we jumped in the cab, driver very friendly. Got to our home address
no problems, unloaded the van in no time at all.
Egertons recoverys telephone number is in my phone permanently now, this service is definitely recommend by us. 🌟

Scott picked us up from the side of the M 56 motorway, the first thing he did was check if we were ok and got us safely in his van while got our car onto the trailer. He gave us water and chatted to us cheerfully all the was home. I we would have paid to hear banter like that he was professional and a gentleman. I hope he sees this review. Scott turned up super quick and was very friendly. Succeeded where the car park marshals failed and got us back on the road in a few mins.

Really positive experience the other evening getting my horsebox jumped. Scott was a legend!

This company contacted me twice and said they would be with me in the next 10 minutes this was 90mins ago, very poor service doesn't reflect well on green flag.

At a time of need it was so lovely to be treated so calmly and professionally.

Hit a pothole which damaged the front tyre on my car with no spare.
Reported to Greenflag at about 16.30. GF said Egertons would be with me around 18.30.
Ryan from Egertons turned up about 17.15, loaded the car and we were on the road by 17.30. Took me straight home, no issues

Absolutely shocking company and pray on people who have the misfortune of breaking down. I broke down and wanted to go 31 mile with al3.5t recovery truck with a car on the back they wanted to recover them separately for some reason obviously to make more money and change me £840 for 31 mile so I used a more respectable company and paid £318 all in and recovered on same truck.

Absolutely seamless, very quick, waited only about 20mins, Recovery guy very helpful and knowledgeable, had my vehicle recovered to Garage in no time at all, and hassle free
