Late night support
Mark arrived to assist diagnose a yellow engine warning light. Concluded that the car was safe to drive to a specialist for detailed diagnosis and repair under parts and garage cover. All procedures fully and properly completed. Also noticed windscreen washer fluid leaking but concluded that this was unrelated to the warning light.

Emptied car of belongings after police recovery from the side of the road after an accident. No warning given it would happen, very difficult to get belongings returned. No warning given that car would go to the garage to be repaired devoid of personal belongings.

You agreed with TVP for them to arrange recovery, when on scene we allowed you time to remove personal belongings. Once the vehicle was at depot we informed you the depot would be open 9am to 4pm so you could come and collect your items. Once the car was taken to an onwards repairer as instructed, we held onto your items to ensure nothing went missing when at the repairer.
You are welcome to collect your items from our depot during our opening hours.
Quick and helpful
Egertons were sent out after I called Green Flag re. flat battery on our car. They came sooner than advised, were very quick and helpful.

Need an option for 0 stars, I sat in the dark for 6 hours. I am a young girl and I did say on the phone I felt uncomfortable in the dark just sat on an unknown street for hours in the cold. The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and needs a new job because customers service is not a skill of hers. After calling at 6pm, I got home at 1am - thanks so much

Egertons recovery driver turned up within 30 mins of reporting breakdown,the driver carefully put the vehicle onto the back of his wagon and took us our home,a helpful recovery driver.
