Have bought several items from Eleven Loves over the years and love how the styles are contemporary yet classic enough that they have longevity.

Whenever I've had a query about sizing or cut, Hayley is quick to respond and help out.

Recently I had a small fault with an item which I had worn and Hayley responded and within 24 hours and organised a replacement item immediately which arrived within three days!

The clothing is great quality and the customer service personal and exemplary, a combination which is a rarity.

I'm a new customer to Eleven Loves and I think the clothes, the community, and the personalised advise are very special.

I have been one of those people who have bought clothes but never quite got it 'right', but this has changed with Hayley's guidance - in the Lives and in her responses to my emailed questions.

I'm now putting everything together in a considered (and maybe even elevated) way, which makes me really very happy.

I bought the red Trinney jumper in 10. It was too small and the colour was not ideal. I returned it with no problem and bought the same in blue and size 12. Its perfect. Looks great with jeans.

When returning the parcel, I inadvertently left my new prescription glasses in the box!. ElevenLoves spotted them and returned them too me, safely packaged and free of charge. That's what I call good service. I am so grateful.

I am building up quite a collection from Eleven Loves! Every item I have purchased has been beautiful quality, very stylish and with incredible attention to the smaller details that either make the item more comfortable, more stylish or just that bit more special.

Great service and good quality, beautiful clothes reasonably priced. I am 5ft and lovely to find a couple of short sleeved dressy blouses as long sleeves are often too long. The Hazel satin trousers, need shortening which is normal and I often find the body of trousers too long, especially high waisted. These sit perfectly on my frame. I am very pleased with my purchases.

I’ve had a few pieces from Eleven Loves now and have been really pleased with the quality and value for money, especially in the sale. The items I have bought are classic pieces which will hopefully last for years. Their customer service is also fantastic - I had an issue with a pair of jeans and within 72 hours they had sent me a replacement pair at no extra cost. Really brilliant service!

Incredible customer service!
I bought the tulle skirt in cream but wasn’t sure about the fit or colour. Hayley was amazing (and v patient) at helping me choose a better colour in the right size!

Not going to lie, I was definitely hesitate to buy from a brand advertising clothes on Facebook as I expected the quality (cut and feel of the clothes) to be poor - but I was really looking for a pair of "dressy" joggers so took the plunge - and I am delighted. Fast delivery, excellent quality, will definitely buy from the them again.

Etta bib shirt, recently bought size 10 could possibly go down to 8 but I’m a size 34E boob and wanted a little room which it gives me . The sleeve length is perfect on my small frame of 5’2” size 10-12 top depending on cut. This is a beautifully made shirt with great detail, it will be great for smart or casual wear.
The delivery time on this company is speedy ordered late Wednesday evening arrived my Friday morning beautifully packaged as always. Do buy this shirt will not regret it.

I can confidently say that all Eleven Loves clothes are gorgeous and are of superb quality.

What an amazing little brand this is.. only just discovered, purchased the Gorgeous Dulce dress with a little help from the amazing customer services team, the dress is exactly as described, arrived perfectly packaged, fits beautifully and can be styled with the belt in 3 different ways.
