Great dog food, even greater customer service
Great dog food, my dog was a very fussy eater and now finishes almost every meal.
When transitioning from her old food to J&E she'd pick out all the J&E and just eat that.
Transition has gone smoothly (previous attempts with different brands have not agreed with my dogs sensitive tummy) but J&E has been great. Customer service have emailed, asked if i needed support with a Zoom call and called me since my subscription started to check in and see if I have any questions- a small team but they really do pride themselves on great customer experience. Easy adjustable subscription service so we don't have to remember to buy or order food.
Could recommend more highly!

Fussy eater loves this food
Our dog, a toy cockapoo, is sooooo fussy with food. For 5 years I have tried just about everything. I came across this brand and am so glad I did - she loves it! The kibble is really good quality and I am just so grateful to find something healthy that she will eat. I will definitely be staying with this brand!

Raw feeding made easy!
My dog Molly has been raw fed for the last 4 years. We go away a lot more and always take her with us so taking frozen/fridge food isn’t that easy. Now Molly has tried James & Ella, she loves it! So pleased we can take her raw food away with us without the hassle of keeping it cold!

So happy I found this brand!
My 6 year old Maltese/Shih-tzu Baxter has been a fussy eater for as long as I can remember, no doubt aided by my spoiling him with human food, there have been months lately where he’s been at the vet because he just won’t eat no matter what I gave him, dog food or human food, until my James & Ella delivery arrived today and I have one happy dog really enjoying his food! I did weigh up the price, and hesitated slightly but it’s 100% worth every penny. I’ve started him on the freeze-dried raw beef and it’s a miracle! Thank you so much, you’ve no idea how hard this has been and how happy I am that he’s eating! He doesn’t even have any interest in our human dinner tonight! Thank you so much 😊

Well worth the try
Got some of this from Sainsbury’s as I needed some kibble that was suitable for my puppy after she stopped eating her usual brand of food. She loves this and has helped her stools a lot.

I have had 4 dogs over the last 16…
I have had 4 dogs over the last 16 years, tried most brands out there and this is by far the best quality food.
Both dogs clearly enjoy this food and it appears to be much better for their general health, so I will definitely be sticking with it. 🐶🐶

Working miracles!
Our Cocker Spaniel, Roo, had so many issues from a pup with food; her belly and skin would react badly to most specialist foods that we tried, and being a red spaniel, she can have some behavioural issues with food in particular. We took her to the vets countless times, had her allergy tested, tried different trainers/behaviourists, every food to help her and almost everything in between. Along with a good routine and lots of positive reinforcement, James & Ella dog food has been life changing for us, no exaggeration! We've had our subscription for over a year now, and the difference in Roo is amazing! She no longer gets sore rashes on her belly, she doesn't itch anywhere near as much as she used to, she loves her food, and most importantly, she's a very happy healthy dog! On top of that, the customer service couldn't be better! Lauren couldn't be more helpful and friendly to speak to! A truly great company doing great things <3
