Fantastic food for our dog
Fantastic food for our dog, fantastic service and subscription. So easy to use! Our dog has an allergy to chicken and so the Ocean Fish freeze dried food is perfect. His digestive issues have gone, glands are better, and his coat is so shiny now!

My fuss pot rescue frenchie has never ate her biscuits until i started her with james and ella omg she loves these freeze dried biscuits so much gone in 60 seconds.
I wish i had confidence to buy on line as big mark up at sainsbury but my dog loves it so all that matters and great quality .

I ordered a trial raw and kibble bag…
I ordered a trial raw and kibble bag for my puppy and when it arrived, I opened it and there were no raw pieces just the kibble. I contacted customer services and they were apologetic and sent out a replacement bag straight away. This time it had the raw. My puppy enjoys eating it, and have not had an issue with the food transition period. I got a free treat bag which is great! I also have the toppers which she enjoys having on her food.

Amazing products
Amazing products ! My dog had a sensitive stomach until he started Ella’s food. Knowing that I am feeding him a rich and balanced diet is paramount to me.

Kibble & Raw Puppy Food
My 6 month old german shepherd labrador mix is loving his new meals! Finally found dog food that he will eat and that doesn’t upset his stomach! The monthly plan is very convenient and I love how helpful their page is with each individual dog!

Excellent product and speedy delivery
Excellent product and speedy delivery. My dogs love the raw topper sprinkled over their food. The downside is that one of them now barks in excitement for his dinner :)

Excellent quality
Excellent quality and, although it is quite expensive, I think it is the best food I have fed my Patterdale. She loves it and now with the extra topper it is extra yummy!
