Communication is absolutely faultless. We transitioned to Europa as we had issues with previous forwarders, and as luck would have it we onboarded just before the Iran conflict - talk about a baptism of fire. It is easy to be a good forwarder where the market conditions are stable, but to be onboarded and looked after and helped along each step during this process is a testament to the company and the personnel involved. They are a breath of fresh air, and I know I can rely on them even in the most volatile conditions.

We have used Europa for many years for roadfreight to Europe. They offer both DDP and DAP options which is a big bonus. The staff are very good and helpful. Ypu can also track the shipments online easily. Would certinly recommend this company.

The Europa team are great to work with! All lovely, friendly and very helpful! Sarah is very fast at replying and her quotes are always very competitive, with short transit times. Elisa is very knowledgeable and if we ever have an issue (which we rarely do) it is always solved fast and efficiently. Grateful for all their help and support! <3

I've had mostly positive experiences with Europa World. The prices are reasonable and offer good value, although it would be great to see more discounts and special offers for loyal customers.

The staff are friendly, polite, and usually willing to help. The service is good most of the time, but there are occasional delays or issues. While no company is perfect, I appreciate that they generally try to provide a good experience.
Overall, I would recommend Europa World for their fair pricing, friendly team, and reliable service. I hope they continue improving their consistency and introduce more discounts in the future.

Glasgow branch customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced from any haulage company!

Awful in every form of the word. I submitted my power of attorney forms as soon as received, they then sat on them a week and became unable to contact. Both myself the recipient and the sender were trying to speak to them. My good were eventually delayed nearly 2 weeks because of these people. Nothing woks on their documentation processing links, password reset, view bank details; nothing. Stay away

poor poor poor - you can't even call them.

you don't get forwarded when you call - the whole day - avoid at all cost - except a lot of us end up here because we're receiving goods we didn't ship ourselves.

That rate that we have received for the shipment was in euro and when we received the invoice it was in pounds. The case is still pending.
I have received now a solution from Europa worldwide.
They will solve the problem. I wait now for the credit notes and the new invoices in euro. I hope to receive it end of the week. The problem is now solved. Very happy now. Thank you.

My supplier used them to ship 3 pallets into the uk from Austria. Goods arrived a week ago and despite sending emails, leaving messages, no-one is getting back to me so my customer is now threatening to cancel their order

Unbelievable, i've only given 1 star as there's no option for -1 million stars. Had the unfortunate dealing with this company through ordering parts from Czechoslovakia, the company i ordered off used these. Normally been delivered by FedEx or DHL, both these companies can run rings around Europa, parcels delivered easily without hassle.
The amount of paperwork to complete just to get a small parcel delivered is unbelievable, the person in accounts or whatever department that first contacts you about your parcel, is totally clueless about a business trading name, and is wanting the person who the trading name was originally set up by ( he's been dead 50 years) This is the first and last time i'll have any dealings with this company and reading the latest reviews, i'm probably not the only one.

Terrible experience. You have to chase your delivery each day at each step. One day they don't have trucks suitable for delivery. Another day - no drivers.
It takes WEEKS to get the goods inside the UK. Hilarious. Not recommended.

Worst service. I choose them to import a pallet from Italy. They took over 25 days in delivery. To make things even worse, took 9 days in custom clearance and charged for storage in spite of providing all the documents on the same day of receipt of receiving of notification. I would never use them again. Joanne Palmer in way too slow in replying emails.

Shocking service from Europa - they overcharge and then do not respond to invoice queries. They then charge late payment fees!!!
