A Reliable and Supportive Freight Forwarding Partner
We have been working with Europa Road predominantly for our freight forwarding requirements, and they have been a great partner for our business. In particular, I would like to recognise the excellent support we have received from Kate McDonald and Ashleigh Westwood.
Kate, as our Customer Service Operator, has been amazing throughout our dealings with her. She is consistently quick to respond, proactive in escalating and resolving issues, and efficient when providing quotes and information. She has also been extremely helpful in liaising directly with our customers and their agents to ensure shipments are delivered in a timely manner and, importantly, without unnecessary issues or delays.
Whenever a matter has required a higher-level escalation, Ashleigh, as our Account Manager, has also been excellent. She is always responsive, helpful and willing to provide the necessary information and support to ensure matters are dealt with appropriately and efficiently.
The level of service we receive from both Kate and Ashleigh has made a real difference to our experience with Europa Road. Their communication, responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile are greatly appreciated.
Overall, Europa Road has been a fantastic partner for us, and we look forward to continuing and strengthening our relationship in the future. I would like to thank Kate, Ashleigh and the wider Europa Road team for their continued support.

Efficient Service and Staff
We have used Europa Worldwide for many years and always been happy with their service both before and after the nightmare of Brexit.
Europa have excellent staff who are always happy to help when requesting a quote and booking a consignment. Their delivery service has also been second to none.

Easy to deal with
Once all the paperwork was sorted dealing with Europa is very straight forward. I would highly recommend. Pleasant and professional staff and an efficient service.

Fantastic service from start to finish
As a small business based in Swansea, South Wales, we have worked with the Europa Road team in Cardiff now for some years and the service has always been first class. We recently had a difficult customer to manage overseas and both Aaron and Declan were fantastic from start to finish. I cannot recommend their Cardiff team enough. Their pricing is competitive and they will always do their best for you. A positive experience all round.

Great customer service and communication
We have been using Europa for quite a while now and during quite a difficult time for exporting out of the UK to the EU. Through that communication and customer service have been excellent. Really helped us in navigating the ever changing customs procedures and requirements post Brexit.

We have been using Europa for many years now for our European road freight and they have been brilliant!
Quote requests come back to us very quickly, and their DDP service for us is second to none, very smooth and hassle free deliveries.
We have dealt with Chelsea Searle at the Cardiff branch as our account manager, and in all honesty we couldn't ask for more from a freight company representative, she's a real asset to EWW.
Chelsea is always on hand over the phone to help with any queries, and looks after us very well.

We've been using this company for our imports and exports, and the service has been great. Everything is dealt with quickly, communication is excellent, and they've been reliable every step of the way.
