I had a horrible experience with Eurosender. I booked a pick up but they did not appear to collect the package I contact the support by email, text, calling and every time the said the same thing that the driver was going to pass by the next day was like that for 10 days until I decided to ask for a refund for a service that didn’t happen and for my surprise the answer was that I not allowed to the refund so I lost €80. Poor company if you thinking in contract Eurosender please do not do it. It just stressful and you are going to lose your money

Hanno perso 4 di 10 pacchi, non hanno rimborsato nulla pur essendo coperta da assicurazione. Ho perso oltre 3000 euro in oggetti inviato. E siccome è davvero incredibilmente difficile perdere un pacco nel 2021 dopo l’esperienza della pandemia, direi che è molto più semplice che se li siano intascati. Il che mi porta a dire che non soltanto il servizio fa schifo ma sono tendenzialmente disonesti visto che non mi hanno rimborsato della mia perdita. Evitare

Things were going well and I was even recommending them to my friends, till they LOST MY BAGS! They were so slow and couldn’t be bothered about the whole thing, I even had to leave negative feedback after one chat! Why should they be bothered though, if they loose your bags and you didn’t buy their overly priced insurance, they only get to pay max 200 euros for each of your bags! Assuming your claim is accepted! So there I lost all my life property and have to start afresh! Thank you eurosender!

Valigia spedita il 19 Maggio da Stoccolma diretta a Milano. Arrivo previsto in 2 giorni lavorativi.
Dopo 4 giorni la valigia non si trovava più, informazioni non trasparenti da parte del customer service che inventato scuse "per non farmi preoccupare" (parole di una centralinista di Eurosender dopo la mia ennesima chiamata/email).
La valigia viene ritrovata a San Giuliano Milanese il 28 maggio, con consegna garantita la settimana dopo.
Oggi ricevo una email dicendo che la valigia non si riesce a trovare DI NUOVO e che se non si ritroverà entro il 9 Giugno verrà dichiarata persa.
Io sono davvero senza parole per L'INEFFICIENZA e la NON TRASPARENZA di EUROSENDER (non date esclusivamente la colpa al corriere, perchè avete ammesso al telefono di non avermi voluto dare le informazioni corrette appunto "per non farmi preoccupare").
OLTRE IL DANNO LA BEFFA. Se la valigia non si dovesse trovare, EUROSENDER non rimborsa NEMMENO LE SPESE DI SPEDIZIONE.
Mi chiedo come nel 2021 si possa perdere una Valigia di 30kg con 2 etichette con il nominativo ed indirizzo di recapito. e soprattutto come sia possibile che per questo servizio INDEGNO non venga nemmeno risarcita delle spese di spedizione.
Spero davvero che questa recensione serva ad altri clienti a non far fare lo stesso errore e fidarsi di Eurosender.

What a horrible experience. I used Eurosender’s services twice. The first time they lost my personal portfolio, which was a lifetime package filled with work over the past years, the second time they damaged my furniture. They coerced me both times to buy their insurance in case of a problem. They also told me to purchase to hire help for loading and unloading, in which case the people that delivered my belonging never helped. Both times they made it very difficult to claim back any money. Absolutely a horrible service. A complete waist of money. FIND A DIFFERENT SERVICE!
Eurosender will never protect their customers, i was stollen
I had a very bad experience with eurosender. Honestly, I will never recommend their service. I booked 13 packages to be delivered from Strasbourg to Paris. They Picked up 12 packages, 11 arrived. The biggest problem was with the 12the bag that was delivered 2 weeks later, surprisingly the bag was unwrapped, and items from the bag were stolen (they cost around 400 euros and all-new stuff), I tried to contact eurosender so that they could solve this problem, it is worth noting that the delivery company DPD was in charge. And I am sure they stole my goods. Eurosender said that they are not responsible for what happened, and I doubt they did any kind of investigations. Eurosender and DPD are thieves in a name of a company....

Bait and scam tactics
After paying over €400 to have a pallet shipped across Europe and receiving an order confirmation, Eurosender have harrassed me with emails demanding I pay them even more money.
Each email gives a different reason for this new "surcharge"; first they say that their shipping costs have increased due to COVID, then they say the cost is higher because I'm not a business customer. Then they reduce the amount they're asking for.
Meanwhile they continue to advertise the same price I paid on their website to future customers like me.
These bait and switch tactics are completely unacceptable, and I cannot recommend Eurosender or their shipping partner Kuehne und Nagel

They never picked up my parcel, they kept "reprogramming" my parcel, and then I kept waiting for DAYS from 9h-18h EVERY SINGLE DAY for no delivery person to ever even come.
When I called for a cancellation and refund, they told me it was impossible and wouldn't give it to me. They will never pick up your items nor transport them, they will just steal your money instead.
THE WORST COMPANY EVER, AVOID THEM!!!

I have sent two carefully packed packages. One for Germany and one for Spain. Well, one has arrived completely broken, it contained cups and they are broken, of course they tell me that they are not responsible (it would be less) now I have paid 55 euros and on top of that the product is broken. And then on the other hand the other product has not been delivered and it appears that it has been delivered. In other words, no one knows where it is. NOT RECOMMENDABLE.

The delivery company is not able to track your parcel. They give you a tracking number but is worthless. You never know exactly when your parcels will arrive
-Customer support is unfriendly, they talk like they are doing you a favor and are unable to solve any kind of problems.
-The person delivering one of the parcels threw it on the floor and broke some of the content. This in front of me, so imagine the conditions they treat your content when you are not there.
Abysmal customer service
1. As soon as you assigned GLS as courier I immediately requested a change as they are a terrible company. I've used them before and were terrible and their reviews are absolute garbage. You REFUSED to change courier.
2. When I called GLS at 11am they claimed they didn't even see the order in their system.
3. I called Eurosender MUTIPLE times asking them to chase them up. They literally sent them an email and left it at that. They didn't get a response and no one got back to me. I had to keep calling back and PAY EVERY SINGLE TIME as it's an international call.
4. No one informed me they are not coming today. When I called first time in the morning your team assured me they will come today. I wasted a whole day waiting.
5. Eurosender gives different information than GLS. You claim they will come Tuesday ( next working day), if it's next working day then how is Tuesday after Friday ? There's like 3 days in between.
GLS claims they will come tomorrow (Saturday). Both your offices are closed tomorrow, so what the hell am I supposed to do ? Sit at home while day again in case they turn up?
6. I said in the morning from the getgo these items HAVE to be collected today and I was assured it was going to happen. Now I have to incur additional costs + effort + 2 days wasted + multiple appointments cancelled all because you provided misinformation and never followed up on anything.
7. When I asked to have the weight adjusted on the phone your rep said NO this cannot be done without a re-schedule. I sent an email and GUESS WHAT, it is possible!
8. If the collection isn't going to happen I expect to be informed upfront. Not to chase you like a dog.
Your customer rep literally said all she can do is re-schedule. Absolute useless. I paid to have it collected today and not Tuesday or whatever date you come up with.
Next time maybe I'll send the payment today. Maybe tomorrow, or Tuesday. Will see if you like it.
Ps I still have no clue when/if they will collect. You're like deliveroo/just eat except when something goes wrong you shrug your shoulders and say there's nothing you can do. Great platform.

I requested a shipment for 9 boxes and a painting. 3 of the boxes never arrived and the ones that did along with the painting were all destroyed (everything was perfectly and carefully packed before collection!).
The process of claiming is being awful, they say they don't get responsible for anything as this was shipped by another company, they're not giving me any support, they're not answering my questions and just requesting more and more information - most of them was sent on the first emails...we already exchanged 35 emails or more and we are still in the middle of the process with no warranties or any kind of support or answers given. I can't even put into words how disappointed I am about the all experience.
Unreliable, unserious, unprofessional company
Eurosender is a totally unreliable, unserious and unprofessional company. My package came repackaged presumably due to damage for which I never received proofs/photos, half of the content was missing and random items were instead added in the package (which were not inside the original package!). While having an open claim which btw takes ages to process, Eurosender is asking for extra money presumably because that great package I received in this amazing state was overweight! Please stay away from this company! If you are lucky, you may have some good experience so that they gain your trust, and then they just ruin your life for weeks as you try to find your parcel, claim lost items, ask for refund which you will probably never get. Such a shame!

Anche oggi il mio pacco, in barba al Covid-19 è arrivato nei tempi previsti. Sono molto soddisfatto del vostro servizio. Never showed up. No communication until 3 days later (over the weekend). Had to make alternative arrangements.Wasted an entire day. Wasted money. Do not bother - utterly horrendous service. They make the customer do the work to find out crucial information and make alternative arrangements even though the customer is paying for a service.

-First, they were late to collect the 2 suitcases.
-Then the few working days for the suitcases became 2 months and they refused to change the delivery address.
-Out of the 2 suitcases only the one arrived and was broken.
-2 months later they said they don't take responsibility for the broken one and they blamed the person that received it that it didn't report it directly (as it wasn't me because they refused to change the delivery address, in the same city)
-Then for the 2nd suitcase they admitted that they LOST it!
-After 10+ MONTHS(!!!), of hundreds of emails and calls trying to get a refund and every time coming with a stupid excuse they decided to give a ridiculous amount for a refund even I paid extra to have insurance! The amount was not even covering 2 empty suitcases and they were saying "We have good news and are happy that we managed to get you a refund"! And they blamed that "i didn't have receipts" for the clothes and whatever was inside the suitcase.
