Experience Days Ltd Avis 

Needed to extend the experience timeframe and the process was easy.

Awful as it is my wife’s birthday today and you have taken payment and I have no voucher!

Looks like a miss-communication as hotel said we could book and yes we got a reply from Experience Days to my third email and I find your response argumentative and not in the spirit of customer service.

There was a good selection of events in my area and I know from personal experience that they use really good suppliers for their offers.

Do not use this company!!!!! I paid for an experience and they are refusing to give me a refund, when the company I booked it with no longer works with experience days. It seems they have an internal dispute and if if they say they have paid that company my contract is with experience days and they have failed to deliver . It’s unacceptable to refuse a refund when they can’t provide me with the service I paid for .

The booking was easy and Adrenaline (North Yorkshire) were efficient and welcoming. The quad biking experience was brilliant - careful instruction and attention to detail at the start led to us being confident and competent as we began the various tracks. We were then able to challenge ourselves and have great fun on more demanding terrain whilst feeling safe and in control of what we were doing. Will was a great instructor, giving thorough tuition which then allowed us to push our limits in safety and have a really exhilarating session.

It was so easy to choose and order voucher as a birthday gift for my son.I got an email immediately confirming my order. I was only let down by Royal Mail as I paid extra for a voucher to be delivered by Ist Class Mail, which took a week to arrive. Will definitely use Experience days again.

Quick response and arrived in post a couple of days after purchase. Skydiving now already booked and looking forward to it! 😬

after being bought an experience day from this company, there was unfortunately a global Pandemic, meaning it couldn't be used.

The company extended the use for a further year, but the experience day required hadn't restarted, due to a pandemic.

i was unable to use the voucher for a driving experience due to a knee replacement.

so asked the company if the voucher could be used for a different experience.

We have just been informed that "as the voucher had expired" no refund, and no extension can be added.

the only experience i have gained from this company is that of frustration( as you cant ring them )
delay ( due to the length of time taken to respond to e mails, Jan to September )

and the experience of money lost, due to my wife trying to get me something different and enjoyable for a milestone Birthday...

Save your money ....

What A Terrific Service.
I bought the Voucher for my Niece's 50th Birthday. I found the website easy to use and a great choice of gifts. Well worth paying the little extra for a posted copy as it came well packaged and inside was a proper gift pack that I know my niece will treasure.
With a great choice of theatres and restaurants to choose from I think it's the perfect gift.
I will certainly be using this service gain and again.

Difficult to navigate with no clear instructions on what needs to be done and no code for bus company to photograph.

Got a voucher for my birthday in June but have found trying to book online impossible!! Initially email helpline responded but then all went silent
I then emailed Experience Days on contact form who advised booking line was down and to try again this week- also to email their helpline. Have tried both of these options and nothing
So frustrated won't use again and wouldn't recommend

Great service, voucher arrive the next day after I ordered online. Easy to use website. I would definitely use them again and recommend.

Needed to exchange the voucher for another day due to train strikes….the company are being very petty about the email being received after business hours and now won’t exchange our voucher. The attitude of the company has not been helpful at all and I would steer clear of this company.

I tried to book my sons voucher on the day it ran out ( my son had forgotten it) but because it was before midnight on that day I presumed this would be ok. £200 down the drain for a company that this amounts to pocket change Very angry

Our experience was eventually booked but having to email for available dates, instead of being able to view availability online, seems a little antiquated in this modern online world. Email responses were quick though.
