Paintball Experience
Very clear explanation of what they do and what is involved. The price was very reasonable and you could add extra people on as well. Easy to book. The voucher was printable.

2nd grade activity voucher seller unable to acknowledge criticism
No response or reply on the mail for booking experience. The process of booking experiences is painful considering only email is the way and they do not reply immediately on email replies. The initial email was at late night of 10th July 01:11 am. Pls recheck your mail box. Appreciate you agreed to the mail. Suggest rather than making a cancellation better book the experience and let the service be rendered which will give me opportunity to modify the rating. Hope you appreciate the perspective.

Krunal. You emailed us at 11.11am today and we replied at 3:36pm. Our email delivery system also shows this email as opened. Strictly speaking I guess this isn't 'immediately', but a 4 hour turn around doesn't seem to warrant an online complaint via a third party platform.

Yes you are correct you sent another email at 1:11am. However this is a duplicate of the one you sent a few hours later. Irrespective of the email at 1am on a Monday morning, we still replied the same working day. Perhaps you need to adjust your perspective of how quickly companies reply to you. In addition, you've purchased gift vouchers for something you clearly wanted an immediate booking for and this isn't something we can facilitate as a gift voucher company. In spite of this we've done our best to fulfil your short notice demands. However, since you've now complained about our service, I think it's best that we just refund you, and cancel any booking requests you've made with us, since we're not as quick as you would like. Expect a cancellation email some time tomorrow.

Very helpful organisation.
Experience Days have been very helpful sorting out an exchange of experience days with no fuss and no charges. All sorted now and we are awaiting two great days.

Had a wonderful day.
Had a wonderful day, the weather was lovely and sunny. The archery was great and our instructor was very good and patient. Something we always wanted to do and I can’t recommend it enough.

Disappointed with my voucher
I purchased a boat hire voucher for my son and his family for a Christmas present. Unfortunately I didn’t read it thoroughly and it can’t be used when the children are on holiday from school or at weekends etc. I reached out to the company and to Experience Days to see if they would help us with our date that we wanted to use but neither helped us. Instead I had to pay another £20 to extend the voucher for another 12 months. We’ve had to pick a date when the children are off in May 2024 !!! I am disabled and so just hope we are all well and are able to use it!!

The vouchers were not recognised because you didn't redeem them. We are a gift company that sells gift vouchers for these experiences, which are then redeemed against the activities. You didn't redeem them or follow the prescribed booking process.
A fun thing to do
A fun thing to do. Very easy to book and simple instructions. We learned a lot about a place we thought we knew well. We have bought another as a gift already.

Some experiences shown are not available
I don't think you should be showing experiences that are no longer available as options. I was looking at spa days and you had a lot of the Champneys on there but when you go to book it says it is not available. Why don't you remove until they are available again? I have booked another spa day which is on the 24th August at a different hotel.

Voucher code didn't work
Voucher code didn't work. I asked for a refund which they said no, due to the fact the voucher had been redeemed, I had to take it up with the site I tried to redeem the code on. (i bought the code on experience days, and tried to redeem on udrivecars).
They said they are looking into it and will be in touch... it's been about a month now and heard nothing. Waste of time bad experience.
