Really enjoyed my eye appointment, think that’s a first! Agree with all the reviews I had read prior to booking, it was really interesting to see scans of my eye and I came away feeling reassured and that I have learned a few things! Excellent service, the most thorough eye examination I’ve had. Second to none new technology, every thing was explained in detail. I Would definitely recommend using Eyeworks.

So glad I chose eyeworks optical after searching for a good practice for my first ever eye test. From the moment I walked through the door, Simon made me feel so at ease. He talked me through each and every process of the examination in a clear and concise manner. At no point did I ever feel like I did not understand what he was telling me. I literally could not have found a better place to have my eyes tested at, and would like to offer my wholehearted thanks to Simon for his professionalism in guiding me through the whole process. I would urge anyone who is looking to find a place to get their eyes tested to book an appointment at this establishment. A five star review from one happy new customer.

Amazing service and very helpful throughout. Thank you!

AG review. Excellent service and very impressive display of Simons knowledge and experience. Use of Latest Technology along with clear explanation of results made me feel that the advice was genuine and personal.

Very impressive extremely professional service using latest technologies. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. The entire process was explained clearly to me & for the first time I was advised that what was necessary was corrective surgery & NOT a new prescription. In hindsight, I believe that this condition (cataracts) has been present for some time & I'm delighted that this has now been identified & will soon be remedied.

Absolutely the best experience, next level customer service. Simon is very knowledgeable and patient and you can see that he loves what he's doing. Takes time to explain everything along the way. Equipment top. Service top. Can't wait to get my new glasses.
