Eyeworks Optical Limited Avis

A very clever chap explained each step of the process and and answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. The surgery was neat, tidy and clean with very good equipment.

Fantastic experience from the minute you walk through the door. Such a thorough examination and great experience. Everything was explained and shown to me at each stage.

Top class service from Simon. I have been wearing glasses since I was about 38 and I am now 84. Simon has been my optician for roughly three years and I have never experienced such professionalism before. He helped smooth the path for my referral for two cataract operations which meant that I now only need glasses for reading (supplied, of course, by Simon). When I clumsily managed to detach one of the lenses from the frame of my new specs Simon speedily solved the problem with a minimum of fuss. I should also add that he is an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Excellent. received quality service

Excellent service. Very informative.
No hesitation in recommending this opticians.

Fantastically thorough eye test with explanations through the whole process. Thoroughly recommended.

Simon was (as always) very professional, polite, timely & informative. I received a thorough eye examination including the use of ‘cutting edge’ optometrist technology to check the health of my eyes. Those results were visually shown to me and fully explained. Simon stocks a vast range of lovely frames and lens options and supported me in my decision making. Very happy indeed, great overall service and they should be with me in about a weeks time.

Best Optician I've visited, very friendly and takes time to explain everything, would not go anywhere else

A very thorough review and eye test made to feel very at ease and even helped me choose my new glasses thank you Kath

Excellent professional and informative service. Very friendly, methodical and a very clear explanation of the service and the results. Overall excellent very satisfied with my visit.

Fantastic service. Simon makes you feel very relaxed and he is prepared to give you plenty of his time to explain everything about your eyes so you understand what is exactly going on behind the eyes and how to make sure your looking after your eye sight.

Very informative and interesting to see all results of tests and scans and have them explained in layman’s terms. Simon obviously very passionate and knowledgeable about optometry. One to one service. Very accommodating.

Great service, excellent knowledge and explained every test and the results to me. Offered a range of solutions with no pressure to purchase any extras. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

Really thorough examination with such care and attention best optician around

Always takes time to cover that the information they hold had not changed. Thorough eye inspection and pictures of rear of eye. Takes you through pictures and explains how they apply to you and any changes. Once you have chosen lenses and frame it takes about two weeks to get them and then fits to you. Not cheapest be service superb and I think value for money.

Simon was thorough as usual. You can be assured of great service and care at Eyeworks.
