Eyeworks Optical Limited Avis

Efficient assessment and evaluation of optical problem with full explanation of the condition and it’s consequences. Friendly and professional service.

I had a eye test in August by Simon excellent, having bother with my left eye lately ,saw Simon today did every test he could showed me the difference from August. He is now referring me to a specialist. .

Fantastic, friendly service. Nothing is too much bother

I took my daughter for her first eye test here today and we were both very impressed. Simon made her feel very at ease, made conversation with her throughout and was great at explaining everything he was doing. She loved seeing the enlarged picture of her eye

5 Star plus really. Excellent service from both Simon and Karen. Simon is so passionate in explaining everything about your eye test, it makes it an enjoyable experience.

During the eye examination Simon gave very thorough explanations for each test and their results. I now realise I didn't have a great understanding of the eye test at all in the past. Didn't feel rushed and the whole set up is very organised around Covid safety, so it felt safe too. I now have a lovely pair of glasses and would have no hesitation in recommending Eyeworks.

Officially the most fun eye test experience I’ve ever had. Also took my kids who are begging me to make another appointment.

Thank you Simon!

Simon has a great simple way of explaining how our eyes work and the need for eyewear. I would highly recommend Eyeworks for their excellent customer service and personal touch.

Never had so much fun at an eye test Simon was lovely He made me feel comfortable and relaxed and explained everything he was doing and what he was looking for He also didn’t try to sell me glasses that I don’t need Will definitely go back Thanks

As ever, excellent service. Nothing appears to be too much trouble and consider Simon to be the best optician I have ever used.

I had a small problem with a possible eye infection and based on medical advice I contacted Karen who immediately fitted in a same day appointment with Simon. Service is key at Eyeworks and always friendly and effective. It is always a pleasure to see Simon and after a review of my condition he quickly diagnosed my problem and sorted it out for me putting my mind at ease also. This was a one off issue for me however the service provided by Simon and Karen is always second to none whatever the individuals requirements of them are.

Simon and Karen are amazing, friendly helpful and so knowledgeable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend…..you won’t regret it!
