Good value price
Good value price , very professional service with good in timings and easy and clear instruction on direction for drop off, pickup and meet and greet instructions. Would use them again in the future and very reliable ,highly recommend them to anyone who need parking service. Thanks Peceli.
Whilst booking with ezybook that was…shocking experience
Whilst booking with ezybook that was simple , but the provider Bee Heathrow parking was shocking and unprofessional.
They were an hour late to collect us , then proceeded to to tell us they had parked our car in by two other cars and couldn’t place the keys . Another 1.5 hrs trying out all the keys stored in a plastic box unlabelled we then got our car out .
There is no office to wait in , buisness seems to happen from the back of a red van .
I’ve requested a full refund but have yet to receive it .

It is very easy to find and book airport parking via EzyBook. It offers good choices and the price is very compatible. All in all, I am happy with their service and I am a return customer.
Flying out from Luton Airport used Meet…
Flying out from Luton Airport used Meet & Greet through Ezybook. Directions to drop off car were excellent and the process was easy and hassle free. On arrival, phone them and walked to the pickup point to collect car. Staff were very friendly and explained what to do on arrival. Have used them for two trips in the coming year from Luton and Manchester. Would highly recommend them and competitive pricing.

I will use it again. The post code is very accurate. I just arrived, parked my car and during about 15 minutes bus to airport arrived. On the way back bus arrived on the bay I knew and brought me to the car.
Location is very close to airport too, good price, excellent service.

Excellent service! Got to the parking area 30 minutes early but was immediately taken to Heathrow. On my return I phoned when I was clearing customs and the driver was outside exactly where he dropped me off 5 minutes later! EXCELLENT!

Easy to book - Airport Parking at Luton was easy to find and the staff were helpful and efficient in getting you to the Terminal in quick time, return also.

Shocking service from Bee Parking at Heathrow. I called them around 35 times, and my son called a further 20 times. Sometimes the phone was off, other times they answered and hung up without explanation. Zero communication, zero support, and a very stressful experience at the airport. Screenshots available. Avoid.

Damaged my car and denied it. Asked for evidence which i sent then claimed there is a £750 Excess in the T&C. They have no office to contact and delayed communication responses.
Basically they can damage your car up to £750 and you have no recourse...

The website seems to use fake reviews. After a terrible experience with BEEPARKING HEATHROW I looked the company up on other platforms and found many others had experienced similar issues. My car was filthy, scratched and left running (over 40 miles of fuel gone).
I have read reviews of others where they tracked the cars moment and could see it was parked on random side streets, rude and aggressive staff as well as damaged cars.
Ezybook prompting this as a 4.9 gives scammer, and they should be more vigilant in checking who they partner with IF they are genuine.
Terrible Customer service
Booked for Heathrow meet and greet. My flight was delayed getting back to Heathrow, I messaged them in the air. When I contacted their Parking contractor there was no reply and they left me stranded over night until the next morning. I have recieved no apology from Ezybook and they have washed their hands and stated it is nothing to do with them . Terrible customer service.

WARNING: Parking Scam – EZY Parking & LION Parking
I strongly warn people to avoid EZY Parking and LION Parking.
I booked a meet-and-greet airport parking service with EZY Parking and paid in advance. I received a confirmation email and a text message the day before travel, both clearly stating that LION Parking would collect my car.
On the day of travel, I called 30 minutes before arriving, as instructed. When I arrived at the airport meet-and-greet location, no one turned up. After multiple calls, LION Parking claimed I had no booking, even after I sent them screenshots of their own confirmation email and text message.
Instead of resolving the issue, they became rude, dismissive, and cut the call. I was left stranded at the airport, had to urgently arrange alternative parking, and ended up paying nearly £300 for just 3 days.
Because of their failure:
I missed my flight
Had to rebook another flight
Waited over 5 extra hours
Paid additional charges and surcharges
Had my entire travel plan ruined
I have since complained, but they do not care and take no responsibility. These two companies appear to work together while passing blame and leaving customers stranded.
This feels like a deliberate and ongoing scam. Save yourself the stress, financial loss, and risk of missing your flight — do not use EZY Parking or LION Parking.
Avoid this company
Confusing and misleading information which made drop off at Heathrow stressful. When we returned from holiday we had a ULEZ fine from when our car was driven during our holiday when it was supposedly parked. The company would not reimburse us or offer an explanation. Avoid!
HEATHROW - MEET & GREET EZYBOOK - DO NOTUSE
Our flight arrived back at Heathrow early. We called and were informed it would be 30 minutes. We were told to stay in the arrivals building, and the driver would call us to say where we could meet him. They don't have a designated drop-off point. They duck and dive. The car was delivered 40 minutes later. This is not a Meet & Greet Service. This is a car stored some distance away off-site facility. The driver was polite which was in complete contrast to the driver and switchboard operator when we dropped off the vehicle. We misread the instructions and did not call before we arrived. We waited 50 minutes. The driver had arrived and had called to say he was there. We were pacing up and down anxious because we thought we were going to miss our flight. He just sat there. When we finally connected, I asked him why he hadn't looked at the registration plate of our vehicle and walked over to introduce himself, like every other Meet & Greet service, he said: I don't read registration plates. This is our second consecutive abysmal experience with Ezybook. We are done, now. Never again. Our advice: Pay a little more and use a Meet & Greet company with a functional business model which says what it does on tin. Not Meet & Greet, it's Meet & Wait. AVOID ALL EZYBOOK AIRPORT FACILITIES
Be careful who you choose via this site
I booked in sept 2025 for Meet and Greet from Heathrow T2 for 25th March 2026. I booked company called Panda but on email it said the company was Express Parking. Having read something on social media I looked into their reviews. To my shock they were awful (1st question do Ezybook review their suppliers?) So I cancelled my booking in Jan 2026 as I wouldn't take any chances especially as I have young Grand children with me. Having taken out Cancellation policy and cancelled with over 80 days before my collection date I assumed I'd get a full refund. How wrong I was. The £15 administration charge is taken. I have complained to Ezybook without any joy. SEEMS A CON TO ME
So why would you take cancellation cover? One for Ezybook to answer.

Do not use this company. Our experience was extremely disappointing and felt like a complete rip-off.Our outbound flight was changed from the afternoon to the following morning. I called the driver in advance & was told this would be fine as long as we called 30 minutes before arriving. However, when we reached the airport the next day, we were told our booking had been cancelled & were forced to make a new booking.On our return journey, our flight was delayed. They charged us £40 to get our car Back, the drivers are so rude and unprofessional.

Booked a park and ride with them for Heathrow, when I arrived the the train station they told me I had a meet and greet booking (even though my booking showed park and ride)
Once I arrived at the terminal and dropped off my car it all seemed fine (bar the £7 ticket for drop off and collection which they don’t tell you about)
When I arrived back at Heathrow after my trip I called them before collecting my luggage as they advised and STILL had to wait 45 minutes for them to bring my car to the terminal. Upon receiving my car they left cake wrappers in the back seat and tickets all over the passenger seat and did not even apologise. Ontop of that my car had higher mileage and a lot of petrol missing
Week later I received a PCN from Heathrow of someone driving my car on the 21st of December while I was out of the country (which confirmed my suspicion of them using my vehicle without my permission which is fraud)
I have taken the matter further with police and I will not rest till I am compensated fully and God willing get this company shut down for good!
Again I stress DO NOT book these guys.
