DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS, THEY USED MY CAR FOR DROP OFF WHILE I WAS OUT OF THR COUNTRY AND I RECEIVED A PCN.

Booked a park and ride with them for Heathrow, when I arrived the the train station they told me I had a meet and greet booking (even though my booking showed park and ride)

Once I arrived at the terminal and dropped off my car it all seemed fine (bar the £7 ticket for drop off and collection which they don’t tell you about)

When I arrived back at Heathrow after my trip I called them before collecting my luggage as they advised and STILL had to wait 45 minutes for them to bring my car to the terminal. Upon receiving my car they left cake wrappers in the back seat and tickets all over the passenger seat and did not even apologise. Ontop of that my car had higher mileage and a lot of petrol missing

Week later I received a PCN from Heathrow of someone driving my car on the 21st of December while I was out of the country (which confirmed my suspicion of them using my vehicle without my permission which is fraud)

I have taken the matter further with police and I will not rest till I am compensated fully and God willing get this company shut down for good!

Again I stress DO NOT book these guys.

This is completely rubbish service!! I don’t recommend at all!!

They left me waiting in the airport more than 45 minutes. I call them 4 times, no one came to pick me up, then I took a black taxi to get my car!!

They gave you low price, but at the end you find yourself paying the highest cost!! So be careful.

I would Not recommend this company. I rang 30 minutes to confirm my arrival to the airport and still waited 40 min until they pick up my car. I had to ring multiple times to see where and all they kept on saying they where 10 minutes away. Luckily I didnt miss my flight.

On the way back I followed there instructions and called them when my luggage was collected just to find out it was up to a 30 min wait.

In total I waited over 50 mins to collect my car which was disgraceful. They didn't even check who I was and just gave me my car keys.

In the future I will go with a different company and pay a little bit more.

Wait for the driver at meet and greet for over 40 minutes despite a phone call as required 30 min prior arrival.
Almost miss the flight. Paid 18 pounds for exit parking. Never again

Dealt with my booking efficently although no reception desk was visible but didn't have to wait too long as greeted by a member of the team. Better signage at entrance is required. On return the entrance was busy with transfers had to wait for keys

Left my whole family waiting for 90 minutes in the cold. No truthful communication from company for an ETA, so were left completely unaware of how long to wait despite calling. They lied to us saying the car had left the parking lot several times when it had not. Completely unprofessional regard for wasting our time. Do not book.

I have used meet and greet multiple times at Heathrow. This company was actually on time both at arrival and departure. The driver was an Indian guy. Very well spoken and had the curtesy to call before arriving to the car park. At the price I paid I am actually very very satisfied. Many thanks. Keep up the hard work!!

Ezybook lists multiple meet and greet airport parking companies with suspiciously high ratings (4.8–4.9 stars), yet my real-world experience tells a very different story.
I’ve booked several meet and greet services through Ezybook, and almost all of them have delivered the same poor experience: exetermly long waits for car return, weak communication, ignored phone calls, and excuses instead of service. The most recent one left me waiting over 2 hours in freezing conditions at Stansted Airport.
This raises serious questions about how these ratings are generated. The star scores shown on Ezybook do not reflect reality, and customers are being misled into thinking they’re booking premium, reliable services — when in fact they’re getting disorganised operators who clearly can’t cope and are so lousy and incompetent.

good service didn’t expect the payment for the drop off and collect but that’s okay good service from the boys

A great price for 2 weeks at Heathrow. Going to use them again because my car came back in one piece without any issues

From initial booking of two vehicles through to the final collection i can't fault the service i received. Correspondence was clear, concise instruction for drop off and collection and all timings were perfect. Called on morning of drop off as leaving hotel 10 minutes away. On arrival at car park staff from Sure Parking on hand to check vehicle and take control. On return called the number provided once baggage collected and by time we had walked to the car park both vehicles were waiting for us. Car park ticket handed over , vehicle checked and we were away in minutes. Will be using again for next trip. Thank you.

Excellent service

The pickup and drop at Heathrow was very simple. Reccomend the service if one is looking to park at airport for a long period of time.

Completely untrustworthy. They keep promising my refund for a double booking ( which was their fault) which is " in the system" but months later it has not arrived.

I'm not one to write reviews, but I had to on this occasion. I used this company for the meet and greet service. There were no issues when i dropped my car off but when it came to collecting my vehicle i was left in shock. After my plane landed, i rang the mobile number to let them know i had collected my luggage. I rang the mobile number but the individual didn't answer, so I rang the direct office number. It turns out the guy who was supposed to answer on the mobile phone answered on the main landline. Without any reason whatsoever, the guy started effing and blinding. I was taken back as I thought this was a professional company. The guy goes on to use threatening language saying i'll come see you and drop the vehicle like he wants to have a go. Anyways the wuss parked my car and left the keys on the bonnet and disappeared. He gave me terrible instructions about where the car had been parked; can’t speak English clearly, worse than an Indian call centre. After my experience and having read other reviews, its clear that I am not the first person to have such a terrible experience. I will never be using this company again. This is not a professional company, and if the people at the top really cared about their company, they wouldn't allow idiots to work for them.

Excellent service, driver was at the drop off/pick up points promptly. Car was looked after, M & G rate was really good. Would use again.

They advertise all these impressive “security features” — CCTV, secure compound, 24/7 monitoring (Heathrow Express Parking ltd)— but the moment you read the fine print or try to get answers, the whole thing falls apart. What they sell you on their website and what they admit in their terms and conditions are two completely different things. In reality, they can park your car miles away in some random unsecured area with zero CCTV. Absolutely nothing like what they claim.

After realising how misleading the listing was, I asked for a refund. They promised one immediately, told me it would be processed, and then… nothing. No refund. No follow-up. Just silence.

I emailed again — ignored.
I called — ignored.
Absolutely NO response.

In the end, I had to raise a dispute with my bank just to get my money back, because Ezybook clearly had no intention of sorting it. Thankfully my bank refunded me, but the hassle was ridiculous and completely avoidable.

A company that lies in its advertising, ignores its customers, and fails to issue refunds it promises is not a company I would ever trust again.

Avoid Ezybook at all costs. I certainly will.
