Refund difficult to get-selling items not in stock!

Looking at your reviews this also isn’t your first ‘Rodeo’ of bad service, nice to see service hasn’t improved since they tried to discredit me!

61% of ‘Bad’ service wow! you really need to work on your customer service!

Takes payments for items they don’t actually have in stock then complain at the customer because they haven’t got it(Don’t advertise items not in stock then) it’s misleading and false advertising. Then don’t refund you and when you complain they try to discredit you by leaving bad reviews on customers. There response to negative feedback are just attempts to save themselves and try to look good but clearly their Feedback on all Social Media sites speaks volumes and shows that this company is like dealing with a child. Mind reading has no relevance to a customer ordering and paying for items they are advertising on eBay then say it’s out of stock it appears customer needs to be a mind readers! They have been aggressive and threatening throughout since I left negative feedback on eBay! They have claimed in eBay feedback that they sent me fabric which I’m claiming I I’ve not received and stated I was a lier but here below there response they clearly state that the items were out of stock and they gave a refund so who has lied then this has proven I never had the item then!! Made me laugh when they had the cheek to call me a “West of time customer “. Tell me Fabric giant do you also have “South of time customers” too😂😂

I am very sorry you was not happy with our service. However upon checking your messages on ebay we have found that you have been very difficult and not the other way round though we never left you a negative feedback. You had chosen fabrics which were out of stock and then we told you right away that the fabrics were not in stock, you ignored us and then opened a case to get a refund. We hold our hands up as we know we make mistakes, we aren't a machine we are humans.

With that we appreciate your feedback and will strive to be a better company.

Looking at your trustpilot reviews for other companies show to us that this isn't your first rodeo, you obviously have a lot of time on your hands. We won't talk about the effing and jeffing you did and the constant harassment of our employees nor your spelling mistakes or grammatical errors you keep lovingly pointing out. I know you enjoy bullying people that is obvious but is really sad and i feel extremely sorry for you.

Great customer service

I ordered some fabric for a project and realized I needed more, so placed an order for the same fabric. When it arrived, it was darker than the first order. Fabric Giant was really quick to respond to my question about returning/exchanging it, and sent me the matching fabric right away. A small mix up was handled really quickly and kindly. Fabric quality is also very nice. Will definitely continue to buy from them!

Order 1405241610 Non delivery and no contact for solution.

I received my delivery promptly and was pleased with with the fabric, however i am missing the other half of my order, i have rang several times ( no reply) and emailed (no reply). I am very disappointed about this and am seriously considering going elsewhere for my products.
