Absolutely fantastic service!!
The team at Fairco installed new windows throughout my home, and the difference is incredible. The crew was professional, friendly, and left everything spotless when they were done. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their windows or doors.

After the new windows were installed, we started experiencing leakage atop the 2nd floor window of our bedroom. Fairco sent someone out who advised that there must be a roof leak.

A couple of weeks later in the beginning of Dec. '24, we were hit with a storm and not only did we experience a leak upstairs, we experienced a significant pouring of water from the top of the ground floor windows in our sitting room. We emailed Fairco on Dec. 5th with videos but did not receive any reply.

So we got our roof fixed because we had no other choice. On NYE, we were hit with another storm. The upstairs no longer leaked, but the ground floor was dripping significantly and water was flooding into our sitting room.

I emailed again on Jan. 2 to be met with a reply denying responsibility. I took a video where I poured water from the outside at the top of the ground floor window and there was no denying that the windows were letting in water immediately as I was pouring the water.

After sending this video, they finally agreed to send someone out the following Monday. These two workers took out the windows and discovered that the original installers failed to plug a hole which they had made during the original installation in the exact area I poured the water. They even showed me the pictures of this hole and confirmed that this open hole would allow for significant amounts of water to be let in, which is what had happened.

In the face of all this evidence, Fairco still deny responsibility or liability for the damages in our sitting room that we otherwise would not have incurred had the windows been installed correctly. Definitely not fair!

Update following the response from the company. Yes, they fixed a problem that stemmed from a faulty installation, which cause water damage, that they are shirking responsibility for.

From start to finish had a great experience with Fairco. All were on time , done an excellent job and left everything very clean and tidy . Would highly recommended.

Awful. Why don't these reviews have zero or negative ratings because these guys don't deserve even 1* The installation was is shoddy: they chipped a piece from the frame and tried to hide it with mortar, hinges are literally falling off the door, there are loose trim pieces and we'll have to hire a decorator to make good the inside walls. You get the lovey-dovey "sales experience" but once they get their money, that's it, don't expect any after sales service. We've been stonewalled since informing them of our issues. Stay well clear.

We appreciate Shane from your "Installation Team" finally contacting us earlier today (5/12/24) Nevertheless, my original review still stands as it remains to be seen if you can rectify the defects in your product and installation to our satisfaction.

We would highly recommend Fairco Windows & Doors. The whole experience from sales, initial survey, scheduling and installation was first class, seamless, and on time. We were kept fully informed at every step of the process and our home was left spotless post installation. We were referred by friends to Fairco for their superior quality product, decades of experience and most importantly their excellent customer service - we are delighted with the end result.

We recently had new windows fitted at the front and back of our house by Fairco, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment we visited their showroom, the friendly and knowledgeable staff made us feel welcome and provided invaluable guidance, answering all our questions with patience and expertise.

Paul, the sales representative, provided excellent advice tailored to our needs, ensuring we felt confident in our choices. Peter, the surveyor, was equally meticulous and thorough, making the entire planning process smooth and stress-free.

On installation day, Tony and Yaric were exceptional. They worked efficiently and with great attention to detail, all while being friendly and courteous. Their craftsmanship was top-notch, and they left everything spotless when the job was done.

We couldn’t be happier with the final result and wholeheartedly recommend Fairco to anyone considering new windows or doors. A huge thank you to the entire team for making this such a positive experience!

A great team to deal with & very focused on ensuring that all the small details were taken care of.

One small gripe concerning not having been made aware that extra keys would be relatively expensive ( 100 euro when courier costs and customs duty were discharged ).
I should point out though that three keys were supplied with the door.

I,m not one to write reviews but there seems to be a re-occuring theme in relation to problems with their doors etc & the negative dismissive response you get from them when you highlight a part from their door that has broken ie handle !
Maybe Im naive and a handle of a front door that you have Páid extra for has been over used after 2 yrs.
Im happy for the people who have not had any issues of yet, but please dont hold your breath if you do..
Issue not resolved yet as I,m currently seeking advice from relevant proffesionals on how to proceed with thus issue ...
Says alot when a company does not take responsibility and ownership of a faulty product.

Just had triple glaze windows installed in our house. Excellent company to deal with …….. from Jack O’Sullivan, sales advisor (who was really excellent to deal with) to the pre-installation process and the installation team all did a great job. I would highly recommend Fairco to anyone considering new or replacement doors/windows.

We had our New windows and french Doors fitted back in September and we are just thrilled, we especially saw a huge difference with the strong winds last week. Jack the Fairco Rep came out to our home and was very professional and knew his stuff, Having recieved other quotes also we made our decision to go with Fairco and we are so happy we did. The lads that came to the house was very friendly and professional and not a spec of dirt was left after them, i was very impressed how they did one room at a time and immediately cleaned up after. We have already recommended Fairco to our friends who are now looking for new windows also,

Service from start to end was spot on. From first meeting rep, full survey and installation crew were brilliant fulfilling all of our requirements. Couldn’t recommend Fairco highly enough.

All this is coupled with a great product

I would strongly urge you not to buy from Fairco. There window are decent but the service and after care is awful. I think they used the cheap possible parts in their windows and door that don't last and when you ask for replacement or to get fixed they say you are out of warranty. I would genuinely avoid.

Updating my review based on your reply below. I bought the windows, sliding door and double doors 3 years ago from Fairco. Since I bought the windows, you've been difficult to deal with. Just this week my wife contacted you to say the locks are not working in our sliding door. The front door lock we've need to get 3 new keys cut because the lock is faulty. The back double doors installed we had to get someone out to fix after installation because they didn't close properly. Now the locks are not working properly and the fitting on the door are not working.

I stick to my original review. Such a disappoint experience after the initial installation.

Very happy with the quality of the windows and the quality of the work. The guys were professional and friendly. We knew exactly what was going to happen and when.
There was a slight delay during the install due to unforeseen complications but they dealt with it and even though it was more work for them it was finished perfectly.

Avoid!!! After being sold the white glove service by the sales man. We purchased new windows for our house and these windows were to have the soundproofing panel in them . I am actually baffled how this company is allowed to operate. I was in work on the day of installation and my Husband was working at home. The windows seemed to be installed very quickly except our Bedroom my husband noted they were at this window for a few hours. When they had finished my husband was on work calls but one of the man insisted he sign something as the man stated he could not leave without this signed making out this was not a big deal and all normal . My husband quickly signed (stupidly). The windows had not been checked yet. Long story short we have a big scratch across the window in box room. The amount of noise these windows let in is far far worse than our previous windows. Our bedroom window is totally off and the anthracite sealant was everywhere on the carpet the curtains which were on the bed. The new window sill that was installed around the bay window split and let all the rain into the breast and all the seal came away. The damage around the walls inside was just filled with silicone. When we contacted them thinking there would be a snag list and aftercare etc we got a blank email reply with just the document my husband signed. This company really is the pits.

Very smooth from survey to installation - 10 windows installed, very happy.

We have just had our front door and all windows replaced with Fairco and we could not recommend them enough. From our initial meeting with Jack our sales rep who explained everything in detail and went through all the alternative options to our fitting with Tony and the team the service was 10/10 and we are over the moon with the finished product!
Tony the fitter and his team were extremely neat and tidy and left our home spotless, teh installation was absolutely seamless and we will reccomend to all our friends and family!

I got windows and doors 2 years ago. I was delighted with the windows but the doors gave trouble and the front door was replaced and it is still cracking and making noises ...
I was told this is normal and the front door should not have been replaced. If I had known Fairco would not stand by their work I wouldn't have picked them.
I wonder if anyone else has trouble with front doors they got from Fairco maybe you might let me know.

From initially visiting the showroom in Santry to installation over the past 2 days I can honestly say the service was second to none. Dean the rep even visited us on a Saturday to suit our schedule. We were constantly kept up to date with the programme and the final results are stunning. Absolutely delighted and would highly recommend.
